When you pull up in front of this lovely home, you just gasp with delight. Really well done. Pretty, not precious. Tracy warmly greets you, and you feel right at home. Very clean, smells fresh. At the edge of the historic town peaceful at night. Breakfast perfectly delicious !

This is a gracious, beautifully-kept old house on a quiet block of Main Street in Pendleton. Our host accommodated our late arrival very kindly. The room was quaint but very comfortable; it was great having a choice between air conditioning or opening a French door. Breakfast was delicious. It was an easy walk to the arts center, shops and restaurants....

We loved staying in this beautiful, historic home! The host and staff are extremely friendly and focus on guest comfort and service. What a great place to unwind after a day on the road! Our room was amazing and extremely comfortable. Within walking distance of restaurants for a great dinner. (Thank you, Virgil's at Cimmiyotti's) We enjoyed our bottle of...

I stayed here for one night with my teen daughter and her friend. From the very start we were made to feel so welcome by Tracy and that continued throughout our stay. When I made the reservation he recommended we take the Underground Tour, which we enjoyed, but in retrospect I wish we had just taken the time to look...

We stayed here a couple days ago, and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful and huge. The owners are extremely good hosts and kind. After having a terrible customer service experience at the Geiser Grand Hotel, this was a wonderful stay that was much appreciated!

Tracy and Kevin are loving, caring and treat all of their guests like family. They provide an amazing environment throughout the house with the antiques, bedding, curtains and original details from 1917.

A first class place to stay from staff to property. Lindsey was very accommodating by waiting for us when we realized we would be arriving late. She was genuinely glad to see us and showed us the property and our room that night and the rest of the property the next morning. They accommodated my wife's gluten free diet and...

Pendleton House is a beautifully intact historic home that is only outshone by the hospitality of the Tracy, Kevin and their staff. We were very comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and we plan to return soon.

I can see why this is recommended as the best in Pendelton. Quiet, relaxed and near downtown. Breakfast was nicely prepared and served in formal dining room. The house has great charm and the owners have done an great job of updating it without ruining the character.

Definitely recommend staying at this charming B&B in Pendleton! Beautiful house, nicely appointed and immaculately clean rooms. Great location in walking distance to restaurants in town. Breakfast was included and was well prepared. Would definitely stay there again.
