We stayed here one night on our way to Crater Lake. It was clean, comfortable and even had a continental breakfast in the morning. We used Priceline to book the room, and apparently a 15 year old is considered an adult. There was some confusion as to a room with 2 queen beds and two children. It was supposed to...

This is a modestly priced no frills motel, conveniently located in Phoenix, OR, seven miles from the Oregon Shakespearean Festival in Ashland, OR. The owner operators are friendly and provide a continental breakfast to guests as well as offering eleven rooms with kitchens, actual kitchens! An outdoor pool is kept pristinely clean . The beds are comfortable. This place is...

We were looking for a clean budget motel close to Medford for a several day stay. Our friend in Medford recommended The Phoenix as a possibility. It is an older smaller motel. The place is older, but was very clean. Our room was good sized (2 queen beds) and had a kitchen as a separate room. All was clean. Nice...

We loved this hotel. It was a pleasant 4 week stay. Everyone on the staff was amazing. They were so accommodating and pleasant to talk with. This hotel really felt like home. Nice big rooms that we're always clean. Great water pressure and very clean bathroom. I want to let everyone know that you can't go wrong with this hotel....

My elderly parents stayed here on a trip through Oregon. The location made it easy to get to Harry and David's in Medford (just right up the road). The room was extremely clean and spacious. The pool is well maintained and looked nice. The staff at the front desk were really nice to them. There was a slight potential security...

We just love this place outside of Ashland. The service is great but the rooms are even better. They have a full size kitchen that is as big as the bedroom. It's definitely a quiet place in a quiet town so don't expect much in the way of attractions etc.

I stayed at this motel 4 times in the past 18 months. The first 2 times I was there were good. But, positive reviews on trip advisor seems to have led the proprietors toward greed. When I make a reservation I usually review prices on websites like Expedia and hotels.com then I call the hotel directly and ask for a...

I think it has new management. Very friendly. Seem to be working out/improving some things in various rooms. I pissed off my neighbor because the shower shook the wall with a loud squelch while water was on. Staff came right over and fixed it, and apologized to us both. Parking is a bit cramped, but can go slow enough to...
