Had a great 3 night stay at the Hotel Modera. Ellegantly designed rooms with a fantastic bed, super nice breakfast and lunch as well as a nice outdoor bar scene for Friday and Saturday evening's. Very friendly and service-minded staff mad the stay absolutely perfect.
The rooms are a little on the small side, but nicely appointed. They have a great deal with 24-hour fitness just a block away. So while it's not as convenient as on-site, it is a full-service gym with lots of folks around you to keep...More

The rooms are somewhat small, but quite tastefully decorated both in terms of the color scheme and the art that is on the walls. The only downside to the rooms for us was the shortage of electrical outlets for re-charging our phones and computers. As...More
I slept like a baby even though I was there for an important interview...found several restaurants I wanted to try within blocks...and Portland's great city transit to the airport and beyond was steps from the door. I'll always stay here when I travel to this...More

Wow, I can't remember to tell you the truth. I could look at my bill and get back to you later. Maybe I thought the charge was an amenity but may have been a tax. I'll see if I can figure it out. Sorry.

Good afternoon, excellent question. Unfortunately the answer is no, our rooms will not provide a view of the fireworks but no hotel will get you closer to the festivities of both the fireworks and the Blues Festival that will be going on that weekend. The only hotel that may have views of the fireworks would be The Marriott Waterfront, you should give them a call and see if they have any rooms left with those views.
