I read many of the reviews before booking here, I like a bit of adventure. And while some of what I read was true it wasn't near as bad as it's been painted out to be. I stayed in the male dorm for awhile and Roxy was nice, the kicthen was mostly kept clean and the bathroom and shower were... More

I arrived there about 3 in the afternoon and my bed wasn't ready yet, the owner -Roxy- told me that it will be ready "during tha day"....as my first impression of the place wasn't the best I thought I better did it myself; I asked her for sheets and made my own bed. The female dorm was very dirty, quite... More

This was terrible and scary experience. The room wasn't clean and the sheets dirty. I big spider crawled from the bed and the bedcover where covered with cigarette holes. No water in the bathroom, no towels, no toilet paper, no shower curtain. Someone had tried to "kill" the tv with a screwdriver (the screwdriver was still there). We immediatelly asked... More

The woman who ran the place is the poster child for rudeness. The room didn't have any towels and after 2 requests and 3 hours, they did come up with a single towel. When I checked in, the toilet was already backed up and the TV didn't work. They had to use a screw driver to get it to turn... More

DO NOT GO HERE>>>This place is a wreck.....Dead flies on floor, no toilet paper, towels, soap. B%&(% written on the mirror in huge red lipstick letters. No sheets, pillow cases and the bed was filthy and lopsided. The back of the door was a pentagram with devil etc. written all over it. The walls were filthy and look like they hadn't been... More

We stayed there for a while and were feed up after the manager Roxy had another long time resident make my new keys. She dose not do any work if the owner is not there. She lays in her bed all day and makes you go into her stinky room if you need to talk to her.there are cockroaches all... More

Location and price are the two advantages of the Pensione. The manager, Roxy, is very attentive to any issues you bring up and she keeps the place going. The residents are a mix of long term residents in an old courtyard type motel and there are M/F dorms where I stayed. Basic and acceptable amenities for the price; towel, linen,... More

Hard to find. Looks Ok on outside but a filthy hovel. Broken furniture, dirt and fluff in corners, bits torn off skirting on bath, cigarette burns and stains in sink and bath, only one towel - old and worn - leaking or not working taps, no wireless Internet, people milling about in need of psychiatric care. A no go zone

when we arrived we were told that -as they miraculously were fully booked- my female friend had to sleep separated from me alone in a little chamber. As the obnoxiously rude reception lady in the wheelchair didn't let us see the rooms first, we paid cash and signed the agreement to stay. The so-called dorm was a shockingly small room... More

I had made a reservation online, needed a cheap place to crash when I was in town for half marathon. I arrived at 12:30 pm there was no attendant to check me in. I had to call a number tapped to the window. A woman named Roxy told me she wasn't there and to come back after 2. I came... More
