This hotel has a great location in Portland and was inexpensive compared to other hotels in this area. I was very happy with the hotel and the room. The room was very large and had a huge king size bed and a decent size flat screen TV.

I stayed at the Courtyard Portland City Center Hotel last week for a work training. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! For starters, the service was excellent! One Front Desk Gentleman helped me with finding great places to eat and shop while I was visiting. He was eager to help and so kind, even though I'm sure...

Parking is valet only, be prepared as this is a very hip area of Portland. If you are bothered by homeless and street people this is not the Courtyard for you, this is a homeless culture and they go about there business. The room is nice and clean. The access should be restricted for this type of hotel but you...

Room was very clean, QUIET - something that's hard to find nowadays and very central. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The adjoining restaurant was extremely welcoming and the food was great. Only problem was the loudness - music, people. Not great for us oldies. Also, ask for a padded chair, some tables had hard seats. Unless you...

I have stayed at this hotel every week for the past 6 months because they have the BEST guest services! They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, doing everything from the front desk (JON & ANTOINETTE) welcoming me by name to one of the Marriott Valets (AJ) volunteering to help my coworker dig her car...

Great Location! Took train from PDX and walked about ~5 blocks straight to hotel. Easily walkable to everything.... Didn't take an Uber once during our 2 night stay. Clean room with large bathroom... Tip! Check it at 3 & then walk straight across the street to Portland City Grill for 4pm happy hour!

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard but with a couple of comments. The Front Desk staff is far from the most motivated we have encountered in our travels, at times either unaware or indifferent to their guests. The design of the front entry is strange but likely unavoidable given the buildings design. That said, the location is right next...

Hi Joe, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback from your recent visit to our hotel. I am glad that you overall enjoyed your stay with us. I am so disappointed that you felt our front desk associates that you interacted with did not provide the level of service that we expect. I hope you will visit Portland again...

Stayed here during my daughter's bachelorette party. Every venue we went to was within walking distance. We went to Portland City grill which was just across the street and several other places. The room had inviting decor and was very clean. The beds and huge chair were very comfortable. The staff were kind and courteous and answered all our questions....

Stayed here 1 night for a Blazers game that we went to. It was somewhat hard to find but when we did find it we were able to pull up right at the front door. We were greeted by valet and was explained the $40/night valet charge. I took the deal as I had no idea where to park. Check...
