This is our 2nd time staying at the Jupiter and attending concerts at the Doug Fir. We were in the chill zone (quiet part ) of the hotel. We had a nice room and the staff was great. We even got a bottle of bubbly for new years. That was nice and unexpected. The one thing I can say is...

This hotel was not inexpensive, but for me it was worth it. The location was great for what I needed- very easy to get on public transportation and I could also walk to dinner/breakfast & local breweries. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nice, modern, well lit and well stocked. What really made the price worth it was the...

We only stayed for one night, but this is a very cool place to stay if you are in the mood to have fun. It is not meant to be a very quiet hotel, although there are some rooms that have less noise. On the general whole though, it is loud and fun. A very beautiful décor and atmosphere too....

This hotel is so amazing! My boyfriend and I loved our first stay, and our currently booking our second; I've also recommended the hotel to many friends who have stayed in the area. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep- this isn't going to be the best option for you. There is a designated "Chill Side" that...

I'm sitting at a nearby pizza place at nearly 2am writing this because the person in the room above me sounds like they are building Trump's wall with the TV blaring. It's probably nothing exceptional but the floors and walls of this place are so thin it would be loud if a pin dropped. Add to it the previous night...

I really wanted to like this place. They gave us a room right next to the bar and, as soon as we walked in, not only could you hear the music, the bass from the outside speaker completely reverberates through the wall. I immediately called the front desk and was assured that the bar would turn off the speaker well...

Hi Brandon, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for your business. We are so sorry to hear that you had such an unfavorable experience during your stay. You booked a room on the hotel's Bar Patio Side, which we try to communicate as clearly as possible that we can't guarantee quiet hours until...

Funky fun hotel in Portland. Young clientele, with clean, remodeled rooms. Lots of night life, but can get noisy on the weekends. You even get to do your own chalk art on your door! Great , friendly staff. I'd stay there again!

This was my 2nd time staying here, and we're crossing it off our Portland hotels list. It's simply not worth $150-175. Our room on the "chill side" was extremely noisy, due mostly to a large outdoor event the hotel decided to host with 50-100 people and very loud music playing right outside our room. They did warn all guests about...

The Jupiter Hotel is in a nice area and is only a 20 minute walk from downtown. Our room was near the bar, and even on a Saturday night the noise wasn't a problem for us. If I was returning to Portland I'd stay there again!

This hotel was amazing! Perfect vibe for Portland. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean. Pretty much in heart of Portland. Close to a lot of things to do. Definitely staying there again on my next trip!! :]
