I could tell you that Ben and Fulvia's house is beautiful--loved detail-by-detail into existence and furnished with high-quality Italian furniture, original art, and authentic international rugs; or that the adjustable and varied lighting in the huge bedroom made for a delightful atmosphere. I could tell you that we had great conversations with our hosts that we just didn't want to...

Driving through the Oregon Countryside, we were getting tired and needed a place to stay on our journey west. I happened upon Fulvia's place on Tripadviser after almost giving up based on the choices presented at first glance. Let me tell you, the night we spent at Bellavista was by far one of the best of our trip. Calling for...

Had a lovely stay at the Bellavista B & B with Fulvia and Ben. The view was breathtaking, the bedroom and bathroom was large and comfortable. Fulvia fixed us a delicious breakfast and they sat with us while we solved all the worlds problems. We were further from the painted hills than I thought but we made it before sunset...

An amazing view of the NW mountain scape seen from every window and a large patio area. Set in a serene elevated desert, it's rare these days to hear such silence, amidst the cricket chorus, elk bugle and the coyote howl by night and the relentless hummingbird and other birdlife by day. Fulvia & Ben are warm and gracious hosts,...

We give them a 10, from the moment we called to check on availability for a room that night, the Hosts were pleasant on the phone, and continuously as we arrived. The Bellavista is a beautiful place, comfortable, clean and breakfast was abundant and delicious. Can't get much better than this folks!

This is one of the best B & B's you will ever stay at. We just had the three best breakfasts we ever ate in our lives. Clean and comfortable. Accommodating hosts. Close to Smith Rock and John Day Fossil Beds

We drove from Portland past Prineville to hike the Painted Hills and didn't want to drive another four hours back to the city in the same day. Instead we booked a night at Bellavista Bed & Breakfast. After driving through the center of Prineville we were a little nervous about what we were getting ourselves into. But when we got...

First of all, as you drive up to the house on a hilltop, you notice the incredible view westward toward Mt. Washington and the Three Sisters. Both Ben & Fulvia are fantastic hosts. They made us feel right at home. The rooms are up stairs and have great views. They are very tastefully decorated and have all the amenities we...

Fulvia and Ben were the most gracious hosts! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and comfortable. Our rooms view was breathtaking and the lively conversation with our hosts was wonderful. My boyfriend proposed to me on a hike that weekend. Fulvia surprised us with a handwritten card of congratulations, champagne and roses upon our return. Couldn't have picked...

We were needing a place to stay over night in Prineville to attend a family wedding reception. I got on line and searched hotels thinking that looking last minute, it would be our only option. I did also do a search on B&B's thinking that I probably wouldn't find anything being as it was only a few days away until...
