Detailed Reviews
We had made our reservations at this Quality Inn in Springfield back in May 2021 as we were uncertain if our plans would need to be cancelled due to the uncertainty of the virus situation. It ended up that the rates kept on dropping over three times until the date of our reservation. Fortunately we purchased the last minute cancellation reservation and we were able to update our reservation with the lower rate each of the three times.
The location of this Quality Inn is not easily located as it is off a highway and not that noticeable. We passed the exit for it and had to make a turn around for the entrance. Breakfast was served solely in a bag to go with just a few items offered with a check off list. Upon check in, the clerk did wear a mask and our stay was okay.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good for the two days we stayed here. There is a huge field, off the parking lot, where you can run your dogs.
The Best Western we stayed at in June and this place are both older. The bathroom at this Quality Inn was tiny. The whole room was on the smaller side. The smallest toilet we had ever seen. Not counting the one at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls-Scenic Downtown where toilet was the size for a small child.
So if you're worried about anything you may encounter in a room, remember that you can always ask to see one first.

When we visit the Eugene, Springfield area we stay at Quality Inns & Suites. I make special requests and they always honor them. Sometime aga my wife left her purse at the Motel. we were south of Veneta when we discovered it. We returned to the Motel and one of the ladies found it and had it safe and waiting for her. That was very deeply appreciated. My wife tried to reward her and she refused. We will be staying there again.

Before you say that you can't find my reservation, my name in the system is David Wright and I booked my room for a week. The felony that I committed was showing up to breakfast without a mask. A super rude front desk lady scolded me like a little kid and walked off while I was trying to talk to her. I went to the front desk to try again and she refused to come out of her office. The maintenance man finally came over and asked me what I needed. He said her name was Kori but it wouldn't surprise me if he gave me a fake name. I paid roughly$140/night for this room for a week{a little over $1000 for the week) and it was one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. It was bare. Not because they were out of supplies but because the breakfast guy was very slow. We waited over 20 minutes for eggs and sausage. It took over 10 minutes to get milk. There was no bread stocked for toast and there weren't many people in there at the time so they can't blame it on being busy. I really regret staying here

I went in to see if the hotel did discount rates for family’s with baby’s in the NICU at river bend because my wife who was just released and I have a new born and were staying 30min away. I was not told that you had to live a specific amount of miles away from the hotel to rent a room when we came to check in the denied us out reservation because we don’t live at least 30 miles away and this was the only hotel we could afford cause we are low income, now we will most likely be sleeping on the floor at the NICU at least we will be close to our little girl. The hospital would also no accommodate us because we did not live far away enough from the hospital.

+1
The room was terrible. Furniture scratched. The chair was cloth and had stains and I didnt want to sit on it. The desk right front leg was leaning in. The sink wouldn't drain and you had the hair dryer cord and coffee maker within inches. The tub handle needed caulking. The bed had a spring broken on the right hand side. when you got in bed it made a strange noise. The toilet was so low to the ground you had to hold onto the sink to sit down. I'm only 5'2 we were in room 307. Our family was in 119. Their wood furniture was in worse shape. The elevator was filthy and made such noises I was shocked. The receptionist was very nice her name is Anastasia. She tried getting us another room but the chair was just as dirty so we stayed in our original room. The continental breakfast was better than most. Eggs sausage Waffles an assortment of breads cereals and juices. We paid $202. for a pour quality room. I even took pictures trying to get a hold of them hasn't been easy. I was told at check out we would get a survey. I haven't seen one yet

Four years ago I stayed at this property twice. The service was good and the rooms were clean.
Advance to yesterday. We checked in and were given a room that was very small, dirty and smelly. The linens were dirty and made my skin itchy.
If that room was anything I would guess it was a storage room in an earlier life.
Won't be going back.

This hotel is barely a 2 star. We got ripped off during our stay here during grad week as they advertised as being a 4 star on trip advisor. The hotel room is old, furniture is outdated, toilets are not cleaned properly, mildew in the shower. To top things off our room smelled like pickles and the television did not even work! They should be ashamed for charging such exorbitant prices.

It had a dirty worn carpet in room. The bed linens were just acceptable. The temperature in the room was either too cold or too hot. The hallway was dingy. The hotel needed updating and much better maintenance. I would never stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dear 2Retires, I am sorry you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. It is disappointing that the carpet in you room was dirty. We regularly shampoo them and we will make sure the carpet in the room you were in is cleaned right away. The carpet itself was replaced 3 years ago, so is fairly new. We are always looking for ways to update our property and plan projects accordingly. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us improve our property for our future guests. Sincerely, Eryn Organ Brown General Manager Quality Inn & Suites (541)726-0465

For the price that I paid, I would gave this hotel "exceed expectation" rating. Nice breakfast with scramble eggs, bacon, oatmeal, pastries, self make waffles.
Room is clean, have microwave and refrigerator. Close to restaurants and shops.
I have different experience. The front desk staffs are exceptional polite, efficient, responsive and helpful. Love them all.

I’m not sure as I don’t have a pet. I’m sure they will answer this question when you call
I would ask the hotel personnel if they know the best route and if there is a shuttle to the stadium nearby. Also mapquest has two primary routes. I would probably take the second choice even though it is 1.5 miles further, it might be less traffic to get near the stadium.
