Stayed here one night while headed WA to NV. Perfect location for taking the shorter route the next day to Reno.

GF and I stayed 2 nights on a Ducks game weekend, so the price got jacked to $70 & $80 per night- WAY too much for this M6. The room was reasonably clean and free of insects, including bedbugs -I thoroughly inspected both mattresses- but the beds were made sloppy and the mattress covers were nasty. Heat and A/C is central, and they had turned off the main chiller due to chilly weather, so our room was broiling (85F) despite having the heat OFF. The tube TV and micro-fridge worked fine. This room would have been a decent deal for $45/night, but $70/80 was a rip-off. Saw a lot of pets, so if you have allergies, I'd ask for a pet-free room. Some riff-raff hanging out, but they were quiet.

My husband forgot to request non smoking and ADA (handicap room) since we are deaf and unable to hear if there's fire alarm, or someone knocking door. Found only one washcloth for two people, humm. I almost fell when i try to hold on to the towel rack it came apart. There was no rail in the shower. It was good thing i drop the rack and grab the wall. Not safe for anyone especially i have history chronic pain in my back.

Needed a place to stay for late flight arrival and early flight departure. Many weeks earlier a reservation was made via hotels.com for a queen non-smoking room. On arrival only smoking was available and I was told its first come - first served and no other rooms were available! With no vehicle and late I was trapped and took a horrid smelling room full of flies, blood stains on the bed cover and a dirty floor. My wife got a glass sliver in her foot . Immediately cancelled a return in 2 weeks for my flight out. IMHO hotels.com should not even list this motel - horrible!

We arrived on time with a prepaid room that was already taken from our account and upon arrival they had no record of it. Super ditsy woman at front desk that couldn’t think on her feet. I finally left in disgust and due to busy time of year had to get a room at La Quinta for $372 a night. While waiting at motel 6 to try and find my reservation calls were coming in to the front desk that their refrigerators weren’t working and they had no towels! This place is a hot mess!!

We encountered the worst experience with a rude, unprofessional check in clerk. The mountain of errors and lack of communication definitely put us off from going back to Motel 6 in Springfield, Oregon.
First off, I would like to say the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very friendly and prompt when we asked for a second pillow.
As far as our dissatisfaction, allow me to explain the situation and circumstances.
We made the reservation weeks in advance and had explained we needed a downstairs room, we have a large well-behaved dog, my husband is disabled and requires a cane to walk, he cannot do stairs And we were coming to town for his eye to be operated on.
This was very clear when making the reservations!
We showed up after his eye surgery right around check in time (3 o’clock hour), I started the check in process and was told my husband had to come in and show his ID, my 76 year old husband came in eye patched up and using his cane, showed his ID and I continued on with the reservation, gave her my card (which was already on file), took the paperwork, room key card, WiFi, etc. she handed me at which time I notice room began with a 2, I asked if the room was upstairs and she said Yes. I then informed her this was not what we asked for.
She was obviously unhappy with my displeasure and rudely told me they were low on clean sheets. I told her no problem we will wait for a downstairs room, she said she could not quarantine us a downstairs room. When I asked her to check her computer to see if someone had checked out of a downstairs room, I was told that is not possible, when I suggested she call room maintenance to see if they were working on any …
I believe you have the idea, this was a completely unpleasant, unprofessional, clearly not wanting to help or understand my concerns, it was an ugly experience!
I then told her to please cancel the room that we were going to go elsewhere. I was then informed that she could not guarantee that we would get our money back and if it was approved it would be 3 to 5 days!
My husband and I are on SSI and cannot afford to have our money tied up like that or worse yet, not be reimbursed.
So we opted to stay, I asked about an elevator and was told there was none (I could hear the one the staff was using). I had to carefully walk my husband up the stairs to the room, come back down for the dog and make third trip for overnight bag. Completely Rude to not offer any help.
Laura, the check in clerk is easily in her 30’s and it makes me wonder how she would feel if someone treated her parents and/or grandparents the way she treated us.
Needless to say we have No intentions of staying there again!

Only got one star because you can’t do less. This place was a nightmare.
We needed a last minute stay and like most, We live on a budget, but that doesn’t mean we deserve to pay to stay in filth.
There was dirt in the beds, bugs on the walls, blood on the mirror, the chairs tables and floor were etched with graffiti. I left my drink on the nightstand and woke up to ants EVERYWHERE. There were no light fixtures in the bathroom, dirt and hair still on the shower floor.
The cops came twice while we were there and I had to sign a waiver to stay with my husband saying I wasn’t being trafficked. I was blocked from getting in my car to get food because there were people camped in the parking spot next to me.
We would have left right away, but like I said we were on a budget and can’t afford to leave money there and pay for another booking.
STAY AWAY!

This was the poorly ran business the manager I think he is works in street clothes he came to are room and I was scared to open the door because he wasn't in any motel six attires. I called the front desk to make sure that he was the manager he knocking speaking very loud that he is the general manager I told him to hold on because I was calling the front office but to my shock the phone wasn't working so I understood why he was at the door. I wanted to stay one extra day but it was 11:10 and I should of came earlier if I was going to stay. The worst part I tried to pay for the room that night I was told it would be fine to do it in the morning and that was wrong because I had the general manager in street clothes at the door. I'm not sure why the phone was not working and the manager at the door it was just a mess there is so much more but I know I will never stay there and I will make sure my company and friends that needs a room note to go there. I mean if you want a scary and rude manager go for it I must say Chris the front desk gentleman was out standing I really like him after talking with him he made it better but I will never go back because your manager he really needs to be in uniform when dealing with the public thank you

This hotel room was awful! My son had to change rooms times because it stunk so bad. They said they had plumbing issues the day before, but then maybe don't let people stay in the rooms with that awful smell!! We stayed in a Motel 6 on our way down to Anaheim and it was awful too, so we should've learned our lesson, but when you're tired and it's late, you just pick the closest motel to where you want to land for the night. Bed was atrocious. Whole room stunk. I would give this place a negative score if I could.

My said the motel sex was enjoyable and convenient. Price was great. Rooms were clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful and the freeway is right next to the motel which is annoying but overall nice day was great. Dennys is right next-door get a discount if you show them your key card and the convenient stores are nearby Front desk guy was awesome. I think he was the manager, but he was really helpful and funny.
