We are a large family. We were put in the top floor with no elevator. We booked rooms with fridge and microwave yet when we got there our rooms had neither. To top it up our rooms weren't cleaned after our first night. We stayed in budget hotels throughout our stay in the States and this was the worst service.

It was ok for one night. No breakfast, no shampoo. There's blow dryer and a couple of pieces of soap. You can eat at the diner next door. A bit overpriced for offering so little. Location was convenient to shopping at the outlet to the south, an upscale mall about 5 mins away, and Portland is about 30 mins to...

We stayed two nights in this Motel. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean. The bed was comfy. It is a convenient and reasonably priced alternative to visit Portland and its region. It is also located in a nice neighborhood. Check out the lake Oswego area nearby and their famous breakfast/brunch cafe.

For $60 a night I was not expecting much but this hotel far exceeded my expectations. It is a simple, budge hotel. There is no free wi-fi. No breakfast. And the room is sparse BUT it was clean, huge and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and very hard to get changed in and there was no shampoo or conditioner. I...

This hotel is located at a very good area in Tigard close to shopping centers and restaurants. The customer service I had was really good, thanks to Jennie. However, I did not like the internet that I paid n extra charge for at all. It did not work at all. I just wasted my money for nothing.

Needed a nap when i arrived only to find a dirty, worn, old sheet on my bed. I immediately called and they brought me new ones. Towels are old, hard and worn. The room was remodeled and new but the beds suck. Hard as a board. Hotel is loud, could hear conversations in the next room and everyone who passed...

I don't compare Motel 6 with Full Service Hotels, but rather to motels within their price and amenity range. For the price paid I think this Motel 6 is a very reasonable deal. There are 2 Motel 6 properties here to choose from, one on each side of the street. The Motel6 East is the classic Motel 6 with outside...

Wedding ring stolen by staff. My wife checked in here while visiting friends she hadn't seen in years. While checked in here, her wedding ring was stolen. It was in the room before she left to visit a lake, and then gone when she returned. The only other personnel with access to the room is hotel staff, such as housekeeping....
