We loved staying at Casey’s Riverside RV Park! The park was well maintained with large paved sites and the rushing river made for a relaxing time. The park was very quiet and little traffic which was great for our family. There is little privacy between sites but everyone was always polite and quiet. Check in was a breeze. You will hear a train drive by, but it never bothered us. It is also so close to Salt Creek Falls and the covered bridge that made a day trip really great.

I fell in love with this place immediately. The campgrounds are beautifully landscaped. Each stall has its own electric, water, and waste tank. Our stall was directly across from the river giving quite a peaceful experience. We even took out our kayaks for a spin. Did I mentioned the cleanliness? Outstanding.

If I had to rate all the RV parks I have been to,( which are hundreds) this one would make the top 10 easily. Nothing special about the facility although it is nice, it just feels right. The staff is all very gracious and accommodating, Andre , most helpful, and the clientele was all so pleasant. You could not ask for a better location for a park. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can Colfaxken

Ok, we've stayed at Casey's in the past and enjoyed the stay and the park. However, since new ownership, customer service has plummeted drastically! We are members of an RV camping group, and this year we had planned on a 5 day stay. However, the fires nearby caused enough smoke that the predominantly older group, some of whom have COPD of one form or another, decided, after talking with county officials, that we should not be in the area. So, we chose to cancel our reservations. Casey's is clear that if you cancel too close to your occupation, you'll pay 1 nights fee. High by most standards, which tends to be zero, or perhaps a $10 cancellation fee. In this instance, and what is not defined on the website, is that if it's a group, the fee is TWO NIGHTS! No exceptions. They claimed that our reasoning of heavy smoke was not accurate and insufficient. With that kind of attitude, we as a group will never return.

Beautiful place, we love to stay there often. BUT be warned about their cancellation policy, when a predicted early winter storm shuts down the pass and you cancel almost a week in advance, they will still shake you down for one of the two nights cost, around $45. This is a greedy and shortsighted policy and i hope it costs them a lot of customers so they change it. Even hotels allow cancellation with 24 hr advance notice.

My experience here was horrible. We were visiting oakridge to see family and this place came highly recommended. We arrived and were excited to be there. When I walked into the office I was immediately insulted by the owner interrogating me about my family who planed to bring my small cousins to hang out and play around the park. He went straight to telling me about how many problems they have with kids and dogs in the park and they have strict rules. He then proceeded to ask the ages of kids and all the details of our visit. We agreed to the rules and were given a site and reservation and pulled through to run to town to get in touch with family and tell them everything was good and to meet us there. And we returned to be informed they canceled our reservation and would not alow us to stay because we have many kids. I was disgusted by the way we were treated. The owner is very judgmental and passive aggressive. I would not stay there if they paid me. I challenge you to call and ask about visiting with kids before you even go there.

I wish there was a 0!!!!! The management including a man named Scott are racist against women, children and have zero appreciation for family pets. Treated our family awful. Scott aggressively approached my daughter and son in-law at 830 pm as they were pulling in to set up trailer when their two labs hopped out of the back of the truck (any dog owner can appreciate this) they quickly rounded up the dogs and Scott very aggressively (without introducing himself as a park host) tells them there is a leash law at the park, they tried to
Tell him yes they know and are just trying to get the trailer hooked up and put the dogs back in the truck. He stood there staring, my son in law said thank you we don’t need any help.
Next morning we went to the office to check in and Scott aggressively verbally engaged my daughter regarding the dogs. She said the dogs were handled and conversation is done. She asked him for his name and he refused to give his name, so I took his picture so I could follow up with the owner. (Who is worse than Scott) I started to walk to
My trailer and Scott aggressively walked towards me getting in my face ,I put my hand up and said he needed to back away NOW, he didn’t move and then I advised my husband who is 6’4 and a federal officer is coming over now, as soon as he laid eyes on him coming he quickly moved back. The owner (can’t pronounce his name) called asking for the “MEN” to come to the office to have a conversation , my daughter and I went instead, the owner (name hard to pronounce) and his wife and the wife of Scott were all in the office, he “told” us to sit down, we immediately said we will stand. Needless to say the conversation was not good and he said he’s known Scott for 5 years and he didn’t believe what we were saying. He advised we could finish our stay but they cancelled our upcoming June stay and are now banned from the park. We advised we would never come back, we ended up finding a beautiful place about 30 minutes away and immediately packed up both sites and left. Reading previous reviews (wish I had done this before making reservation) absolutey solidify the truth that these people are disgusting with their superior racist womanizing anti family anti children anti family pet mentality. You have been warned! We will make sure to post our review on every platform so no other family goes thru this. Scott’s behavior was disgusting and the owners even more so. Posted a picture of Scott beware to women, very aggressive behavior.

We love to try new places in our RV with our dog. We heard about Casey's and thought we would try it and so happy we did. Right on the Middle Fork Willamette River. Place is well maintained and sites are all paved. Perfect place to take pup to the river

We travel continuously with my husbands work. We have been doing this for about 4 years now, so we've been in quite a few RV parks, and no doubt Casey's Riverside is top notch. I agree with the other reviewers completely. The park is well laid out, spacious spots with intermittent "green spaces" in the landscaping which is visually pleasing. There are flowers all over the park, which are pleasing to me because its not like we can have our own flower garden in our situation. You can hear the tumbling of the river over the shallows from most of the spaces. The managers are fantastic - professional, but warm. They make you feel like you are visiting friends. The park is dog friendly, which means that they don't discriminate regarding weight like some parks, which by itself would rate this place an "excellent". The atmosphere is laid back, I see mostly retirees and vacationers. People are not intrusive, but they are friendly...and its also nice to see people taking leisurely strolls, riding their bikes around the perimeter of the park, walking dogs, fishing in the river. Its nice to see people enjoying themselves. The buildings are well-kept. There is a laundry facility with three washers and three dryers (that work!) The washer is 1.25/load and the dryer is 1.00/load. It is a little cramped, but like I said, all equipment is in working order. There are shower facilities, which I didn't use, but had ample room to be able to wash and change without getting your clean clothes soaking wet. The showers were individual rooms, not a line of stalls, which is nice, too. There is also two "clubhouses" - one is in the middle of the park and is outdoors, one is a part of the main office building. The outdoor clubhouse has honor system self serve ice cream, bench seating under a cover, fire ring, TVs. It looks like it would be a really great set up to have a family reunion or other such gathering. The indoor clubhouse has kitchen, puzzles, books, table seating, big screen TV with video tapes and a pool table. Awesome! There is recycling on premises near the outdoor clubhouse and one receptacle near laundry. There is also a dog run, which I am very grateful for. A drawback for a full-timing dog is that they ALWAYS have to be on leash...I can let them loose in the dog run. The park is paved in blacktop asphalt, including the spaces themselves, with a mixture of gravel and lawn. I'm in space #68 and have neighbors on the side and to the back, but it doesn't feel cluttered. On the driver's side windows, there's nothing but "yard". Our space is HUGE!!!! We have a 32 ft. TT, a tow vehicle and an extra vehicle and we have plenty of room to spare!!!. Our space is a back in, but was easy to negotiate. This particular space has a downward slope, but we were short enough that we did not have difficulty with levelling. The rest of the sites seem similarly trouble-free. The slope does make it a little difficult for draining the holding tanks, but really, this is the only MINOR drawback I've found to this place. Westfir is beautiful this time of year (early fall) - it hasn't started winter raining yet. Even when there were more campers the park didn't feel cluttered. We are paying by the week at about $230/week, which is slightly higher than some of the other parks we've been in at $150/week, but the difference in quality is so impressive I think its well worth it. The park is lit with intermittent security lights, but the individual spaces aren't - so night time parking is possible, but probably it is better to get here in the daylight hours to make it easier. There are back ins and pull thrus. Oakridge is nearby and has basic supplies, a Ray's grocery, McDonald's, A&W, a few general store and antique shops. We really enjoyed the Manning Cafe for value home-style cooking with daily specials and then the Brewer's Union for its unique atmosphere. Very close to the Forest Service office, so very convenient if you are exploring the surrounding forest areas.
Do feel like I have to warn about the train for you light sleepers - to me it just adds ambience to the place, but could be annoying to others. I hear anywhere from 0-3 a night.

This is a beautiful location, but the management seems to believe they are doing you a favor by allowing you to rent space. They have a strict agenda for behavior that you can not be aware of and it is hard to meet their non-verbal standards without incurring their displeasure. You are sure to be told how to behave.

You will have to call Casey's. The sites fill up fast. I make reservations a year in advance. They are very accommodating and will try to get you a spot. Don't delay.
