We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 7 kids. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very understanding and accommodating when we asked to switch one of the rooms to have a connecting door between the 2. The pool was a big hit as well as the fitness center! Very pleasant and friendly staff. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days while looking for a home to buy in Indiana. Hands down, the best hotel experience ever. Very clean rooms as if the place was brand new. One of the most comfortabe hotel beds I've ever slept inn. Thats not even the best part. The manager, Rob Sipel, is the most kindest and friendliest person you could ever meet. He sincerely and genuinely goes beyond expectations to help guests with their stay and instills those same attributes in his staff through his leadership. We mostly had contact with Allie and Alexis during the day, again, two of the kindest, sweetest people you could ever know. Rob and his staff make you feel as if you've been friends with them for 20 years. Happy belated birthday Allie! Do yourself a favor and stay here as often as you can when traveling the area. Well it took me a month to write this review... It’s so upsetting I have to even bring back the memories of how my guest and I were treated for my wedding block here. I had multiple guests try to call and block and the employees were so extremely rude saying my block was full and would hang up on them this happened to MULTIPLE people. I had family booking at other hotels and I would call for them to be switched back here since I had transportation to and from this hotel. I had a bridesmaid call 7 times and was hung up on 4 times. He would say “let me transfer you” then just hang up. I called with multiple complaints early July (my wedding was August 15) I had 34 rooms at this point right before my wedding. I called corporate to try and get an answer because I was just so worried my guests were going to show up thinking they have a room here but don’t. Or they show up and the staff treat them poorly. I had people with confirmation emails saying they were in my block but their names weren’t on my list in my block. At one point mid July I emailed my wedding planners and told them I’d pay them $1,000 more to deal with the management team here for my room block to try and figure out what keeps happening because I was on the point of tears. They scheduled a phone conference call with Rob Sipel (General Manager) and he never called or answered. They left voicemails and sent emails and nothing. 2 weeks go by and still nothing... I call corporate again... fast forward to THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING and I get a call from Alexis Hillman (Regional Manager) who called me and said there’s no way any of her employees told my guests the hotel is full and they do 40 wedding blocks a year and there are never any problems ever and my guests are making this all up. As our conversation goes on I ask her why she things multiple people trying to get a room here in my block or a room at all would be making this up? She then tells me it’s Tiffany’s fault (an employee they recently fired) because she sets up the room blocks and there have been issues with her room blocks and multiple room blocks have been set up incorrectly under her and that’s what happened to mine. SO WHICH IS IT?? my guests are lying and my room block is fine or it’s Tiffany’s fault and my room block has something wrong with it??? Also... if it is Tiffany’s fault and there’s something wrong with my block in hour system why didn’t you fix this and help me when I started complaining early July??? They waited until August 14th when some of my guests started to arrive to call me. Rob called me after Alexis and honestly sounded much more sincere compared to Alexis. He said he would fix this for me and make sure my guests are taken care of. I told him I had 3 more couples who couldn’t get a room with the front desk and he had me text him their names and got rooms reserved for them through me which was great... why these people couldn’t call the front desk to get a room is beyond me but at least they were taken care of. He said he would comp our room for both nights and leave champagne for us in the room. Nice. Very sweet. A little last minute but appreciate things were taken care of and were getting our room comped for all of the craziness and headaches. Well... wedding happens and all is well. I get a receipt saying both nights have been comped to my email with a balance of $0. Then 3 days later my husbands credit card it charged for 1 nights stay. I text Rob and he says I only promised to comp Saturday night... I’ll send you a certificate for a free nights stay next year on your honeymoon. LIKE WHAT!?? You really think I would ever want to come back here? NO I just want my room comped for the two nights like you said previously and like my receipt says. Like I said I waited to write this because despite my wedding going perfectly this hotel was the absolute worst part of my entire experience as a bride. I need to write this to warn people ever trying to do a block here.

Bed: Soft and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast: no hot breakfast due to Covid but the offered a nice to go bag with fruit, granola bars, Danish, and water. Amenities: Hair dryer and plenty of fluffy towel in bathroom. A small single serving coffee pot but no microwave or small refrigerator that is standard in many rooms today. Staff: Staff was very pleasant and attentive upon check in and check out. You can tell they take pride in their hotel. Price: We thought the price was good for being right off the highway and a quick stopover as we were traveling through to visit family.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Blairsville was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. The pool and gym area were clean and enjoyable. We utilized the Spa right next door. It was a lovely overnight stay.
