Ashley & Glenn were wonderful. We stayed in the Carriage House and they welcomed us and our 2 small dogs. The breakfast was always amazing. The Inn was charming, romantic and very relaxing. We would highly recommend it. We will definitely visit again.

We recently spent three nights at Hamanassett and had a nice time in the area. For the most part, this is a very nice B&B which does some things very well. However, I am a little confused by the five star rating it receives from most people. We've been fortunate enough to stay at some five star B&B's in recent...

From arrival until departure we felt totally comfortable and relaxed. Ashley's southern charm and style made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was delicious as were the homemade cookies which were always available for the taking. Our batteries were charged and ready to tackle another week of work after our two night stay in the Tudor...we liked...

My boyfriend took me here for a Valentine's Day weekend and I really couldn't asked for anything more....the place and him! :-) We stayed in the Devon suite--which I would highly recommend! We had a rose on the bed upon arrival along with a recipe to take home to make chocolate body paint. The room is huge. The bed is...

What a wonderful December weekend we enjoyed in this beautiful B&B - it could have been an awful weekend trapped in the snow but the innkeepers went out of their way to give us a lovely weekend despite the storm. We couldn't enjoy the local attractions, but had just as nice a vacation 'at home' at the B&B. Plenty to...

We are B&B lovers and vets. Hamanasset is as good as it gets; outstanding in all aspects of what we seek. We have already been return visitors. We will continue to have this as first on our list for future repeat visits. It is high quality and romantic, as advertised. The rooms and common areas, with beautiful and antique furnishings,...

My husband booked a stay at Hamanassett B&B for our Christmas time wedding anniversary. It was a magical experience. The historic house is just beautiful with large living and dining rooms, gorgeous Christmas decorations, and great architecture. Ashley and Glen are wonderful hosts and attend to every need. The rooms (we were in the Tudor room) are beautifully decorated and...

We went on a business and leisure trip recently and had the pleasure of staying here. The food was delicious, rooms very spacious and clean, and the place was filled with delightful antiques :-). The only thing that I really wasn't too excited about was that a couple was staying there with a 10 year old. The child was very...

From a highly finicky traveler: Hamanassett is wonderful. Owners Ashley and Glen Mon have created a warm, inviting atmosphere with lots of classy touches. Lovely antiques punctuate the house throughout and the rooms are exquisitely decorated. We stayed in the Devon and the four-poster king-sized bed was heavenly, luxuriously comfortable with fine linens. There's a wonderful pool table, a cabinet...

My husband and I were looking to get away for a few days to celebrate a special occasion. We also wanted to bring our "four legged traveling companion" as well. In doing a search for pet friendly lodging, we happened upon Hamanassett Bed and Breakfast in the lovely Brandywine Valley of PA. Proprietors Ashley and Glenn provided a lovely stay...
