Seems like this place is gradually going down. Price is good but that may reflect their desperation. Most recent visit had the pool closed, unkempt bedding and dismal breakfast options. Pillows were horrible.

We got there late and had to drive around to our room, got in and some hairs in the sink rinsed them down, heating unit smelled, front desk said not many other rooms to move too... opened sliding door to get fresh air and ran the heat all night. in the morning saw that the heaing/cooling unit was all mold/mildew...

Everything in the hotel seemed to be in a declining state. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very basic with breads, muffins and bagels (there was a small refrigerator but it was empty, probably had yogurt once upon a time). The bathroom sink was clogged and the water took for ever to warm up. The setup seems good...

We have stayed here several times over the years when visiting family. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The rooms have been clean and bed comfortable. I thought it was a good value for what we paid.

Keep in mind the nightly rate when booked with online discounts is usually $45-60 plus tax. I don't personally know anywhere else to get those prices for a clean and safe hotel. It is NOT a "no tell motel." With that said the property is a bit dated both rooms and common areas. The beds and pillows are modern enough...

I have stayed here 3 times in the past 5 years, so you could saw I am happy with it. I am happy with it because of its location, and the good price I got. However, over the past 3 years, they have let their quality slip a little. Last time i saw that they are renting rooms to dump...

We were put in a room, where the water from the tap was brown in color. It looked like sewage water. My daughter ended up using bottled water to brush her teeth. Next morning, when I wanted to take a bath, the water was freezing. When I called the front desk, I was asked to wait for 1/2 hour for...

Some years ago this hotel was the cream of the crop near Clarks Summit. Slowly it has deteriorated until it is one of the poorest. Skimpy breakfast with no milk some days, carpet that is long past renewal time, plumbing and lighting not taken care of, towels few and sheets with stains. The employees are doing their best, but management...

Clean but not perfect. Short on hand and face towels in our room and kleenex box was left with 2 or 3 tissues only. Indoor pool was closed during our visit so can not comment on facilities. Staff seemed tired and got the feeling they might have been working too many hours with few guests as this is off season....
