A little on the shopworn side but plenty comfortable and quiet on the night I was passing through, and I certainly had no complaints about the $55 price tag. One of those Greek diners with a kazillion items on the menu directly across the highway -- a quick walk if you're willing to brave what traffic there is between Ephrata... More

No it's not the Hilton, and no breakfast, but you do get what you pay for. There is a nice diner across the street. It had a small refrigerator. Our room was clean, although nothing fancy. For half to one third the price of most motels it was overall sufficient. We were desperate for a motel since most were sold... More

Stopped here midweek. Plenty of vacancy, staff also was very nice. Room, bathroom and linens all clean. Unfortunately, air conditioner did not work. Pulling air filter revealed these things haven't been touched in years. Even after cleaning filter ourselves, unit still blew warm air, we required another room. No continental breakfast but a nice Diner is across the street. With... More

We have stayed at this motel three weekends in a row and although it is not updated, it was priced great and convenient :). It is close to the Green dragon market and antique shopping. Right across from the Park Place Restaurant.

With a name like Penn Dutch, you would believe that it would be run by the dutch, however, it's run by eastern people that can barely speak english. The staff that run the place could care less about it's customers, unless, you owe them money, in which case, they will harass you by continually calling and knocking on the door... More

No breakfast, coffee only by arrangement with reception who were obliging. Room was adequate but in need of decoration even for budget accommodation. We only found the place because we met a local in a car park when we were ready to give up.

The check in process should have been a tip off. Shabby office and less than friendly staff. The room is typical of older 50's era motels only this one needed more than just a coat of paint. Cob webs under the furniture legs and around the windows. Dead bugs on the window sills. Nasty! The next morning—having had a restless... More

Very disappointed...we reserved a room here for 2 days while we were attending sewing classes in Ephrata because of the convient distance to the classes.. When we walked in the room it was very cold...we found the heater on the back wall and turned it on and went out to dinner. When we got back the room was getting warmer.... More

I was in town for a wedding and I chose this place based off the rate. The room was big compared to many other motels that I've stayed at and there were lots of channels on the tv. The room was clean and comfortable and overall it was good for the price. My only complaint was that there was no... More
