Room was comfortable with some upgrades. Overall clean and pleasant. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Very disappointed in the breakfast as choices were very limited compared to other places we stayed on our trip - even another Quality Inn. Motel was quiet and we slept well. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators so could be challenging for some. Would need to specify if you need handicap accessibility.
My wife and I stayed Here while doing hikes in the Delaware Water Gap area. A very nice stay. Easy check-in and check - out by friendly desk people. Welcome as a choice Hotel member. Very comfortable King room. Clean, bed was comfortable, large tv good refrigerator. Shower was excellent. Kind of nosey. Breakfast area was small and not a lot of choices. Plenty of parking and an excellent lounge, resturant attached.
Dirty No maintenance Do not stay here. Trash on the balcony see picture. Carpet filthy see picture. Balcony damaged see picture. Ceiling water damaged see picture. Hotel grounds look okay nothing special. Parking okay. Wouldn’t stay here again
Hotel was fairly clean and the rooms were nice not bad. Breakfast is very cheap, only junk food like cereal and waffles were served. Other than that, the hotel had a power outage and the hotel does not have a back-up generator. Can you believe that..! We were all in the dark for hours and had to leave the hotel because what much can you do. I had to do my makeup and get my thinks without any power. I've NEVER been to a hotel that didn't have a back up generator. Very cheap hotel. Seems not to care much about the customers. Never again will I go here.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at QUALITY INN EAST STROUDSBURG - POCONOS 320 Greentree Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301!!!!!! Staff doublecharged us, and when confronted they were extremely nasty, and tried to blame our bank, then they tried saying it was a security hold, which turned out it was not, bank confirmed they did in fact doublecharge us, and even still they tried covering their mistake up with excuses and blatant lies, and were VERY nasty and rude!!! Local police had to come to the location after they threatened us, and still refused to fix their error!!! Also, the room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures they post online-- It was very small, whereas in the pictures they make it look so spacious and enticing. And, to top everything off, their power went out, they didn't even have a backup generator, which we lost over $100 of food we had purchased for our stay that we had refrigerated in our room, and they did absolutely nothing to make up for that loss either. The manager guy did apologize, and another worker did as well-- Clearly they were humiliated by how we were treated by their other staff-- However, they still did nothing to make any of this right for us. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! Better off going right next door to the Super 8 right there-- Staff is at least courteous there!!!…
We didn't stay at this motel . (we were staying next door at the Super 8) .. We can in only for dinner .. Had a very good meal and wait staff was friendly and helpful. 2 days later i notice a small error on the receipt " call and spoke with manager and a few days later I rec. a credit on my card Thanking management for their help
Room needed a deep cleaning. Smelled musty and horrible. Tried to change to another room, but none were available. Room cleaned for second night, but smell still there, embedded in carpets. First night $179 (Fri); second night $189 (Sat). Front desk, clean up, and breakfast room staff nice, but nothing they could do with the quality of the room. Last stay at this location. Do not recommend it.
No excuse for dirty. Floors had not been vacuumed. Some rooms had laminate. Unfortunately ours had old ratty carpet. There was mold on ceiling. Mold in bathroom. Mold in windowsill. Couldn’t see clearly out of window. Room phone did not work. Multiple rooms woke up to brown water! YUCKERSVILLE! Full Breakfast consisted of waffle maker cereal and stale muffins. Charged over $200 nite! Here for a wedding so many rooms were booked. Most of us charged 200 + a night! Yet now see advertised on various sites for under $100 per night. RIDICULOUS! No elevators. Check in Staff and bartender/cook were very friendly. Cook did a great job for a pre wedding party at hotel. But sorry, that can’t make up for dirty. Hotel needs a DEEP clean and all carpet an mold removed.
I booked this place in late May for my son’s wedding. I booked through a third party (Reservation Desk) for a 3 night stay. I was told because of a pet I had a specific room that was close to the pet grounds. I was told to park in the parking spot in front of my room. Which I did. The room was dark, plumbing was backing up in the sink and shower. And 2 outlets were not working. It was close to service quarters and clearly an area where staff gathered for smoke breaks which we could smell. But we tried to overlook because it was only a place to sleep and clean up. At close to 11 pm while in bed a maintenance man pounded on our door telling me if I didn’t move my vehicle it would be towed. He was rude and very aggressive. I couldn’t believe I didn’t at least receive a phone call from the front desk. Very confrontational. I was scared to open the door because there were so many others that had been congregating outside our door all night. Even my son felt unsafe. I moved my vehicle and decided to check out first thing in the morning. They had charged my card for the entire stay, even though it had been paid through Affirm already. That was reimbursed. However, I’m still fighting with them to pay back Affirm for the stay that I’m continuing to pay to this day so it doesn’t harm my credit. Reservation Desk continues to contact them about this and I was given a confirmation that it would be reimbursed. This was over two weeks ago. This has been a nightmare to deal with. Evidently that maintenance man was fired for not following protocol and engaging so rudely with guests. However, the reimbursement of my stay (3 days) still hasn’t happened and I am still having to pay for a place I only stayed one horrible night. I travel a lot and I’ve never had to deal with anything like this in my life! Please beware!!…
I've stayed in many Quality Inns. This is the worst. It's a throwback to the 1970's, just a tired-looking property. Hallway has a nasty smell; God alone knows when the carpet in the room was last cleaned. Room is cramped. Haven't seen any bugs yet but am looking. Key cards work when they feel like it. Look elsewhere.
