The stay was excellent, food outstanding, room and castle we couldn't fault. unfortunately I had a accident with my car door (my fault) the staff where excellent, they certainly went the extra mile including taking me to the local hospital. Organizing get me to Newcastle RVI hospital for a minor operation, plus looking after our dog as we were there...

I had very high expectations! We stayed in The Radcliffe Room. And largely they were met. Dinner was fantastic, our room was so cool and the staff went above and beyond. But gosh darn. We could hear our neighbors tv loud and clear until midnight and there is a flood light in the parking lot that shines directly into the...

We celebrated our wedding here a few years back (2010), and try to visit any time we are in the area. The afternoon tea menu in the upstairs lounge is delightful, but the restaurant is also very special. The rooms are large and well-appointed, and we enjoy staying like kings and queens here. The staff is friendly, and always accommodating....

Make no mistake from the moment you drive up to the front, this is most definitely the castle of your dreams. It's majestic, imposing and if you're lucky, your room will come equipped with its own battlement. There are tapestries, spiral staircases and ancient floorboards a plenty. Unfortunately for us, the Medieval atmosphere was slightly ruined by the fact that...

We were given a one nights stay as a present for our golden Wedding . It was a wonderful experience to stay in a genuine Castle, the staff couldn't do enough for us, the room was brilliant & the food & service were excellent. We didn't want a 3 or 4 course meal & were informed that we could just...

Got an afternoon tea voucher as a gift and decided to stay overnight. Picked a castle view room because they looked bigger, and thought it may be quieter than in the castle. Room on 1st impressions was nice but after settling in we noticed a few things that for the £199.00 for B & B we paid, I would not...

We spent one night here and stayed in the Castle View cottage. The room was beautifully decorated and kept - very spacious with all the usual requirements met - tv, mini-bar, courtesy tray etc and a lovely large bathroom with toiletries. It was nice and quiet too, despite there being peacocks outside on the lawn when we arrived - they...

Had a fabulous break at Langley Castle very relaxing. Staff service is excellent and unobtrusive. Food quality is also excellent for the evening meal and the Breakfast. Room was well appointed and the seating by the Castle view rooms are great sun traps to sit on and watch the peacocks.

Stayed at the Radcliffe Room. It was terrific. Love the huge toilet with ensuite sauna. The bed was also comfy and the four poster bed complete the medieval experience. Would have enjoyed another another in the hotel tp explore the nearby attractions but unfortunately we need to rush to Edinburg.
