Had an amazing stay at Sleepy Hollow B&B. I took my wife there for a two night stay for her birthday in December. We had a delightful time enjoying the amenities. Kareena and Jim where very friendly and helpful during our stay. They attended to all our needs and provided us with two amazing breakfasts. I highly recommend booking a...

We've been staying at Sleepy Hollow B&B for the past several years when we take our annual late-summer family Knoebels vacation — and every year, we find ourselves looking just as forward to staying at Sleepy Hollow as we do spending time at the park. The B&B is beautiful, relaxing, clean and the breakfasts are great, too. Jim and Kareena...

We have been staying at Sleepy Hollow for six years and we love it! The property is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are great and the owners Jim and Kareena are just wonderful. They are very accommodating and always serve a delicious and plentiful breakfast complete with fruit, juice, tea or coffee, and breakfast dessert. The proximity to Knoebels...

Sleepy Hollow Bed and Breakfast has been our home away from home once again for our Knoebals trip. The accommodations are beautiful and peaceful. Very kid-friendly (they even supply the bread to feel the fish in the pond), food is great and the owners are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in the Butterfly Room following a day at Knoebel's. Jim was very accommodating and able to slide us in to a one-night vacancy the morning of our reservation. Room was clean, comfortable, and amenity-equipped. Free wifi, ask for the password. Enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting from the second floor balcony. Breakfast was phenomenal and served...

Our little family had a great stay in the Butterfly Room this past weekend! Kareena and Jim run a very clean and comfortable inn. They made the perfect pancake breakfast for our little girl, with plenty of coffee for her tired parents. Thanks!!

We visit the area every year for Knoebels but usually just for day trips. We decided to stay over this past weekend and wanted to stay near the park without roughing it in one of the cabin rentals. We have stayed in other B&Bs in the area in the past and were very disappointed. So we arrived with somewhat guarded...

We stayed with a large group (11) that was in PA for a family funeral, and we were pleased with the excellent service, care, cleanliness and comfort we found at Sleepy Hollow B&B. We were greeted pleasantly each morning of our stay by both owners with a delicious breakfast. The owners even took the time to learn the names of...

This was our first B n B experience and I could not have been happier! We were welcomed and made to feel at home as soon as we got there! The food was delicious and the accommodations were perfect. We booked a room for the same time next year before we even left. I recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone looking...

“I recommend The Nest room for a romantic getaway stay”

“The nest provided the perfect setting for a trip for my fiancé and I to relax and spend time together. Between the fire place, the Jacuzzi style tub, or just the way the room was themed to make us feel like we we're in a home, not a hotel/motel.”

“The smallest rooms have a queen size bed, and comfy couch, and relining chair, so I suppose you could cram more than 2 into this room if you needed to. Heck, even the carpets were plush, you could bring sleeping bags!”
