Excellent stay. Bonnie is an amazing hostess. She was kind, accomodating, and an excellent cook! We stayed for two nights. Impressive beakfast both mornings. Bonnie provided suggestions for activities as well as dining. The house itself is beautiful, rustic and charming. We stayed in the Hunt Room which was extremely comfy.

... this is all because of the the WONDERFUL hospitality that the InnKeepers at Kimmell House provided. Dave and Bonnie were so welcoming, warm-hearted and caring. During a "girls week" away in Lancaster PA, we ended up in Ephrata during the trip. Part of the fun was staying in a different area each night and we decided to stay at The Kimmell House on a whim, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The Kimmell House literally transports you back to an earlier time...

Kimmell House is a beautiful stone house from the late 1700's. The Innkeepers, Dave and Bonnie, are delightful and so helpful. The rooms are authentic (except for the wonderful en-suites) to the period and charming. Since we were the only guests, we were given a tour of all the rooms. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

The property is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room and bath had the little extras you appreciate. Breakfast was very good. The owners (Bonnie and Dave) are friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Hunt Room. It is the most private room in the house. I would definitely stay here...

This inn is just beautiful. Every thing you want in a B&B. Bonnie and Dave are the nicest people. They were attentive, but not overbearing, just what I want in a B&B. I stayed in the Country Room, which is decorated so nicely. There is a lovely sitting room, and the dining room sits everyone in a family style setting,...

The Kimmell House is the quintessential Pennsylvania experience! Everything about our stay was perfect--from the beautifully decorated historic home to the wonderful breakfasts which should be featured in a magazine like "Southern Living" to the friendliness and helpfulness of Bonnie and Dave. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Each day Bonnie made special breakfasts for me...
