We were in the Philadelphia area to see a very ill parent. I made reservations for 3 nights not knowing what was ahead for the remainder of our week. The desk staff at the hotel were exceptional. They worked it out over the series of 2 days to find us rooms for the remainder of our week and keep us... More

Life at times, with its unexpected turns and twists can rack the nerves of the strongest, and the last hassle or problem you would need is a Hotel Staff that is rude and unprofessional. We train our Staff to look for ways to give 110% day in, day out. No amount of Salary can match or replace the sincere joy... More

Read reviews online plus was thrilled to find a non smoking hotel. Greeted by a very pleasant front desk woman. When I said we were only here for one night for my daughter to play a soccer game tomorrow, the girl at the front desk asked if she could give us a couple bottles of water for the game! What... As a pilot a got an unexpected three nights stay at the Fairfield in Exton. Having no transportation could have been a problem. Fortunately the hotel staff went above and beyond to give us a pleasurable stay. Both Billie and Ericka at the front desk went out of their way to help us. During their lunch break they made a... I travel to Exton for work about 2 times per year, and always stay at the Fairfield Inn. They offer free internet, indoor pool, a gym, and free cookies! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable enough.

The Fairfield is very nice and will soon have a major makeover. However, the best part of our 4 day stay was ELAINE at the front desk. She was great and helped our San Antonio Rampage Sled Hockey Team in every possible way from check-in to check-out.

The staffs dealt with many customer, good and bad, everyday. I am very impressed Susha and Alisha still made me feel like a friend. It really made my trip much more enjoyable. It's nothing important that we chat about, but that's what made us feel welcome.
