The front staff was really kind. Pool was nice and clean and my grandsons enjoyed it a lot. Our room was perfect and we will definitely be back again. It is a very convenient place as we went to Kennywood for the day and there is all kinds of shopping and restaurants very close by
We stayed here for a high school athletic event. From blocking and reserving 20+ rooms with Ms. Jen B, Tricia offering the use of bistro area for our group breakfast/dinner, to checking in 40 teenagers with kindness, this hotel was extremely professional and supportive! Even the room assignment was very thoughtful, I could tell. We cannot thank you enough. As a group travel organizer, I was nervous coming here. But thanks to your help, everything went smoothly.
Check-in was flawless thanks to the staff members working the front desk. They were accommodating, pleasant, and customer-focused. I checked out the first room I was assigned and was dissatisfied when I found noticeable amounts of hair on the bathroom floor. The folks at the front desk apologized profusely and gave me a new room. The second room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The common areas were spacious and included a nice sitting area/small waterfall located on the rear patio. The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate and is conveniently located near shopping and plenty of places to eat. I would stay here again if I return to the Greensburg area.
I've stayed here several times in the past 9 months for business reasons. The hotel is dirty from the parking lot, to the public areas all the way to the guest rooms. I found pop corn by the seating area during my last stay. The bathroom sink has generally been clogged. I don't think these rooms are inspected. The food outlets are still not available despite the area seemingly having no covid restrictions. The GM is quick to point out that they can't hire any help. Overall the staff is apathetic and nonchalant at best The bistro manger (yes, the irony - there's no bistro) was downright rude during my last stay.
Couch and its pillows in room dirty and not clean enuf to sit on Just too old a property for the cost of the room There were no dining facilities due to "staff shortage" Note: I am a Bonvoy Member and preferentially choose Marriott
My family and I stayed here due to a family funeral. Upon checking in the staff asked us what brought us to town and we are told them of the unfortunate circumstance that brought us there. They offered their condolences and we went to our rooms. The next day the staff at the desk greeted us with a sympathy card signed by the team and a food platter for both of our groups. This type of service is not often seen anymore. I want to thank the staff and management for their gracious gesture and the impact it had on us. Great job to you all and thank you so much!
was everything perfect? No. But give the shortage of employees the people who do show up are doing everything possible to make your stay a good one. For us, that was accomplished. This is a nice hotel in a good location. You should stay here if you are visiting Greensburg / Jeannette.
We have stayed at this property a few time. Our Son attends a local college. Very disappointed with our last stay. There was some weird setup at the desk in the room for business travelers that did not work. Not to mention it wasn't even properly fitted in the wall. I work in IT and I could not figure out how to get it to work not to mention a few cords were exposed. I get the concept. You are trying to setup a smart desk. I admire the try but it takes a lot of work to get it to work consistently and ALWAYS hide the wires. Also, we were given a room right next to the elevator, really. Check my history. I always ask for the following: high floor, away from vending, and away from elevators. I know these are tough times for the hospitality industry so I kinda get it. But it's not like your prices have been discounted to offset the falloff in quality. Lastly, your beds need a refresh. The one we had felt of motel quality. …
Stayed here with my family and the staff was very helpful room was clean and the pool was fun for me i would stay here again we enjoyed our selves within walking distance to stores and restraunts as well
A good experience. This is the older style Courtyard, which I prefer due to more traditional furnishings and bathroom. The location is amazingly convenient with restaurants and shopping (Walmart, Starbucks, etc) within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided good information on what services were available (and which were not) due to COVID. The rooms facing the back of the hotel are preferable for a nice view of the woods. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!
