I apologize for the check-in experience that you had. Whilst it is true you can pay at check-out, we do require a credit card at check-in to secure the reservation. Without this security one could easily walk out without paying the hotel bill....More

The renovations are already beginning. We are in the process of getting everything delivered on site to begin the renovations to the property. Once we have all the equipment and supplies, we will break ground - I expect that to be within the next month. How long this work will last, I do not know.
I would expect to have the majority of the renovations finished by end of June barring any significant set-backs.
