My group of 4 stayed for a weekend at the Ledges in late Feb and really enjoyed our stay minus a few small issues... The grounds itself are very clean and very modern. The staff were super friendly and I loved the outdoor deck overlooking the waterfalls. We sat outside for hours using the firepit just hanging out. The staff...

What makes it attractive is the natural landscape around it. If you enjoy nature then you will truly enjoy the surroundings of this hotel. The rooms are not big but are accommodating and the beds definitely comfortable. No room service available but they offer a continental breakfast and also outside vendors are allowed. Hotel is secured; need a key to...

Gorgeous scenery..we stayed in a 1 bed suite which is very nice. The bathroom has a large jetted tub overlooking the falls. The shower has a steam function but we could not get it to work...overall I would recommend it here for a quick get away. The staff are great, very nice and accommodating, thank you Patricia for checking us...

Our suite overlooked the falls and was very modern clean and well appointed. The wait staff and bar staff at Glass were excellent. What a pleasure to be waited on by people who knew their craft so well.

Our big mistake was probably booking this hotel for the day after Christmas. We booked for two nights, hoping that a brief getaway would be a perfect post-christmas gift to us. When we arrived we were told that the on-site restaurant was closed and would be closed during the two days we would be there. We were told we could...

Dear anonymouslady, We are surprised by your review. We are sorry no one got back to you about the restaurant. That is uncharacteristic of our staff, and we apologize. Our restaurant is open year round Wednesday to Sunday. Due to the historic nature of our building some rooms can be noisy but we are happy to make suggestions on rooms...

Wife and I went to Lackawaxen for the 3-hour Eagle watching tour and stayed at The Ledges in Hawley overnight and both experiences were wonderful. The Ledges is a nice luxury property with incredible waterfalls that were more than 50% frozen with snow blanketing the rocks. The bar/restaurant on the lower level was warm and cozy and a great place...
