The rates look scary, but trust me when I say that this location is well worth it! I wasn't sure what to expect because I had booked this hotel about 6 months prior to our trip (for a dance comp) when it was still winter and not a lot of recent reviews were available. Upon arrival I found that this is more like a small community with condos rather than a hotel. The check in was super quick and the 2 guys working the desk were so informative and friendly. This hotel includes a little community building, indoor and outdoor pools, a small basketball area, seating & firepit area, game room, fitness center and more.
The room is like a small apartment. The large kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, dinnerware, and full sized appliances. Our 2 bedroom suite offered 2 bathrooms, one in the room with 2 double beds and a large bathroom with jacuzzi and walk in shower in the master suite.
During our stay a maintenance tech came by to change out the furnace filter which was nice and showed they keep up with the property.
There is free parking in a garage located under each building. During our time the elevator was down for 2 days, but each building is only 3-4 floors so stair use wasn't bad. Maybe if it were down during check in/out, it would have been worse.
There are a lot of reviews about the train noise but in building 2 it was barely noticeable. Our friends who stayed in building 1 were much more inconvenienced.
The Suites are located just across the street from the Tanger Outlets which is only dangerous for your bank account. They're also located within 5 minutes driving time from Hershey Park. Next door is a Red Robin and a Wendy's as well.
Overall, I would 100% recommend this location and 100% will book here again in the future!

For a reasonable price, this aged property provides what a family of four needs for a trip to Hersheypark--well-designed and furnished two bedroom apartments with great amenities and super location. Here you are minutes from the key attractions in a clean, safe environment with an efficient, friendly staff. There's even covered parking for your car. It's not luxurious but comfortable, with some maintenance issues. Still, it's a great choice and fret about the train noise as a day riding rollercoasters will have you too tired at night to be bothered!

The Suites at Hershey are in an excellent location to explore all local area attractions, as well as the Lancaster and Gettysburg areas. The Tanger Outlets are a short walk across the street for great shopping and Troegs Brewing is right next door for great food and beer.
The units are clean and well stocked. Front Desk Staff was warm and welcoming. There is an indoor pool, fitness room and seasonal outdoor pool. The fire pit is nice to relax outside by in the evenings.

From the checkin, we were met by a pleasant staff. Went back to the desk for additional supplies and was again pleasantly greeted and helped. The units were spacious. Beds were very comfortable also. Throughout the unit and the property is quality. Comfortable furniture at the pool with fire pits at the sofas. The location was only about 3 minutes from the park entrance and many restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this resort and I will definitely return.

I asked for a room change and it happened without complaint. The resort is always clean and well maintained. Our coffee pot needed cleaning and stopped working. They sent up a new one and swapped it out.
The room in this resort are huge! There have been some updates since our last visit.
There is a busy train track right next to the resort. We were not annoyed, and we actually found ourselves watching them.
The location is fantastic. You could walk across the street to the outlet mall. The amusement park is right past that. It is a short drive to the Amish country or Harrisburg.
I will be going back!

Great facility and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location near all the attractions and downtown Hershey. The suite had all new furniture and appliances, comfortable beds (though a bit high for a person who is only 5'3").

Our stay at this resort was wonderful - we were impressed with everything from the check-in staff to the property maintenance staff. Beds were amazingly comfortable, unit was in excellent condition, kitchen was well stocked with good quality dishes, cutlery, etc. Exceptionally clean and comfortable unit. Great security - you needed your room key to get into the buildings, elevators, pool, etc. Lots to see and do in the Hershey area.

Resort location was perfect for guest with varying interest. Within walking distance was Tanger Outlets and Troeg Brewery. Many units faced Hershey Park where you could view roller coaster riders in season. Our family stayed during the winter months and although the park was not opened, there is much to do very close by such as Hershey Chocolate World and Indian Echo Caverns. Iron Valley Snow Tubing was a hit for the older kids and adults! Normally I am not a fan of indoor pools but this one is enclosed in glass giving much natural light. It also featured a 1 ft section for the littles to play safely. Units were well stocked, spacious and very clean. The only concern I had was someone had bent the safety feature on windows preventing them from opening enough where little kids could potentially fall out if not supervised. The brochures tell guest not to remove this safety feature but someone had done this in our unit. Just ask the staff to fix this if you are concerned for small children.

The Suites at Hershey had all the comforts of home and then some. The unit was spacious, nicely decorated with a Hershey theme and close to Hershey Park and restaurants. We had a full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, a king-sized bed in the master and 2 queen-sized beds in the second bedroom. Parking is below the building with elevator access. The front desk provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay and see the sights, including information about restricted hours due to Covid and a long list of activities available onsite.
Hershey is a really special place to visit and The Suites at Hershey is so comfortable and convenient, we would go back whenever our travels took us in that direction.

Yes, you are just across the outlet mall. If you walk to the other side of the out let mall, you will have some grocery stores and all the eateries.
At the opposite side of the mall, there is a fantastic popular restaurant within walking distance.
Yes, there are shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The front desk staffs are very friendly and they can provid you more if needed. For sure they can help to arrange taxi if you need.

There was no sales team or anyone that contacted us about timeshare. We were happy about that. Also, we were told all of the units are the same...a living/dining/kitchen in the middle, a bedroom and full bathroom on one side and a bedroom and full bathroom on the other side. Nice parking garage (covered) with elevator. Also a pool. The Tanger Outlets are just next door, the Troegs Brewery on the other side. Very close to Hershey Park, attractions and Giant Arena. Just next to downtown Hershey and you can see the Hershey Hotel up the hill. Great location.
You will hear the trains- perhaps a sound machine with white noise would help. The train noise doesn't happen often. It is tolerable.
