The hotel still serves breakfast, in the time of the coronavirus, although I believe the available foods were more limited than they should be. Our room was clean, and the staff served us well. The hotel is conveniently located next door to a gas station and a breakfast restaurant, across the road from a bakery, and a short drive away from Hersheypark.

This was our third get together before COVID-19 made us cancel our reservation that year. The lack of personnel available was not pressing but needed for service or questions. The sign at the office was a contact number for "Emergencies Only" which did not help with asking where to get a plastic bag for my room. Rooms were clean, attendant was available and was very helpful during check in.

We booked this room to have when we came up to close on our home. They were very polite even at 2am. After driving 7 hours we were ready to get a bit of sleep. Only withdraw is when you advertise breakfast included please state nothing warm included,only cereals or bread. That would have made it an easy choice when booking.

I wasn’t expecting much of the hotel because we were only there to go to Hershey Park and Chocolate World, we only used to room for Sleeping and Showering. The room was clean and I only saw or interacted with the staff when I checked in and when I checked out, but they were ok I guess.
My only problem came after check out when I noticed they kept my incidental fee. Nothing was broken damaged or missing. As I previously stated we didn’t stay in the room much. We left early and came in late because after the park closed my GF and I went out to have dinner, we didn’t even eat in the room. We kept a few bottles of water in the refrigerator from the drive up.
When I called and asked why I was charged the incidental fee, I was told we left 5 dirty towels and washcloths in the room, and the gentleman who answered the phone pretty much laughed me off the phone saying they do not discuss those matters, and there’s nothing to talk about.
I felt like it was a scam. There was only two of us and we barely stayed in the room and we never ate in the room, for all I know those towels and washcloths could have come from anywhere. I’ve never been charged an incidental fee for using the towels and washcloths.
I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is horrible. Will never stay there again. I had to give them $100 deposit on the room, in case there were damage to the towels, that's what the guy at the front desk explained. I had to pay for the room when I arrived. I guess me and my 11 year old son, who were there for a baseball tournament, looked like we were about to tear the place apart. The rooms looked and smelled old, this place is an old beat up Motel that I'm shocked Wyndahm would want their name associated with and the operator clearly is just looking for a money grab. Hallways were dirty, the floors were disgusting, the front desk area is a mess. Never again.

Stayed here for a wrestling competition at the Giant Center. Rooms were very clean. We asked for a quieter room at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very accomodating for our requests. Due to Covid they had a grab and go breakfast bag with a fruit cup, juice and some other items. Not complaining, most other places don't even give you that. Very pleasant two day stay. Will stay here again!

I have lived in and stayed in Hotels for nearly 2 years. So I know what to expect from a Hotel. I have enough rewards points to stay many nights for free. I used my points here and wish I didn’t waste those points. The night was cold the room was uncomfortably HOT, I couldn’t sleep. They did “Try to fix it” but they oddly had the part in hand when they came to check it out. Sounds to me like that is a common problem. After being treated rudely with the second call I gave up and asked for a Fan in hopes that I could get some sleep. They were nice enough to bring one but it looked like they used it as a lint trap from there dryer. I brought it to them and asked for it to be cleaned. They “cleaned” it I went back to the room when I turned it on it looked like it snowed in the room. After a rough night trying to sleep in an oven I see that the mattress we slept on had some of the nastiest stains I have ever seen. That made me sick, so I complained to the front desk. The Manager accused me of being rude and Cussing. 1) I NEVER CUSS, to they don’t know the difference between upset and Rude. If I was rude they certainly would have seen a completely different side of me. So instead of trying to make things right they accused me of things I have never done. The manager and staff LIE! They will probably come back here saying how rude I was actually, I would like to see the Video! I have one and I have pictures. And pictures don’t lie!

Room was old and out dated, furniture was extremely worn, room smelled. Ac and heat was not working properly. Hotel sign was broke, bathroom was extremely old. Plumbing sucked. Shower was cold. No breakfast offered.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. It's dirty the amenities do not work and the frest desk is unhelpful and is not willing to accommodate. Uppon arrival our room was very warm and our refrigerator was not working. We called immediately to the desk to address the issue. We were told that the ac unit worked and that the fridge works because there was ice build up in the freezer area. She turned the dial on the fridge and asked that we check it again in awhile. We went to dinner and when we returned it was the same and the waters and juice we put in prior was not even chilled. Making matters worse I have a small infant who I am breatfeeding and I am unable to keep her milk cold. I called again and they are refusing to change our room claiming once again that they spoke to management and the fridge is apparently working because there is ice build up. Then she offered me to keep my milk for my daughter who wakes up multiple times a night in her fridge in the lobby of the hotel!!!! Like WTF. They will not refund our money. We also complained about the room next to us bc people were swearing and fighting and I was told quiet hour was not for another 27 minutes.

The 2 night stay was great with ample parking and comfortable rooms. However, offering guests only 2 cereal dispensers, and a bowl of fruit with coffee or juice is quite disappointing. Even at the price value we expected more. It’s located in the heart of Hershey after all.

choice hotels are the ones that has hot breakfast, this place has your basic bagel, bread breakfast, but the good thing is there is a famous breakfast place right beside it, we never tried it, its always packed. If you can find better hotel I would suggest you do that, this is kinda run down and has bugs crawling all over and I am not a snob, im used to choice hotels, red roof inns and howard johnsons hotel this is kinda on the low end.
There are more places to choose from in the Hershey area.
