Out of all our accommodations on our trip to Nicaragua, this had the least value for they price. The whole place needs a good scrub and freshen up. The reception upon arrival was met with the cook who was not very friendly. Pass on the breakfast and head to Barrios Cafe or the smoothie place around the corner. The positive...

Great hotel - location - value! After arriving in SJDS, we looked around for hotels and walked into this hotel and asked to see the large shared room for our group. We were very happy we chose this location and that it was available as the room was clean, comfortable, had AC and a TV (which, we did not use)....

I liked my stay here. The grounds were nice, there was a cute place to sit and read, the included breakfast was decent, they had a cute hotel cat who was always hanging around, the location was great, and they had AC. I personally would probably not stay here again, however. The rooms are very small, and the hotel is...

I loved my stay here... Only one night but it is such a cute hotel right in the heart of SJDS. The rooms are really nicely decorated and the shower was really great. Breakfast is served in the lovely courtyard with a fountain. The staff here are gorgeous people...friendly, helpful and just lovely... There's a cafe down the road that...

Stayed here for two nights and it was great! Cute garden, great location, friendly staff and amazing little kitty. We had a great time and really enjoyed having drinks on the roof and watching sunset. I recommend this to anyone heading to SJDS and wants a great place full of character and joy.

Bed was best ive slept on in 3 weeks traveling nicaragua. Great courtyard. Only drawback is location. Close to everything but right between the roads in and out of town. Ac cranks

My husband and I stayed here on a night when all power went off in SJDS. Jorfirths, the night manager, went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Great attitudes from the staff, nice property, good beds. Worth a visit!

We had a great time staying here. Very friendly and helpful staff with a great location. Our room was a little small but still a great value. The hotel is located in the center of town, close to everything. The breakfast we served was very good as well. Definitely will repeat next time I'm in town

In the heart of SJDS, this is a friendly family run hotel. The room was simple and clean, with AC. Only downside was the bathroom was a bit small. But otherwise room was comfortable. Breakfast of typical Nicaraguan fare is included, and was delicious ( with great coffee also)! Only downside was it was a bit noisy at night. However,...

This small hotel is in the heart of San Juan Del Sur. It is located 2 blocks from pretty much everything in this small town. The receptionist used his own cell phone to help us hook up with our friends who were in town as well. He was able to give directions and help us out when needed. The breakfast...
