We were supposed to stay for 3 days at casa Ariki in november. The owner replied to us quite quickly on internet when we tried to book the day before. The bed is really comfortable and huge! It would be good to have more shelves in the room (we were in room 4) since there is very little space to...

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback! We are very sorry that there were issues with the air conditioner - San Juan is a tourist town but still operates on a Nicaraguan business schedule and unfortunately we were not able to find a technician during the weekend. We normally would have moved you to another room, but as...

Baldo and his family are so sympathic and friendly hosts, that leaving San Juan was kind of sad. We had a great time and Baldo also was an excellent surf teacher and gave us best advices to explore beautiful San Juan. Always friendly, humorous and open minded. Also we've got some impressions of nicaraguan politics, culture and adorable lifestyle. Thanks...

Baldo and his family are terrific host. Had the best of times. Also booked Baldo as our private Surfcoach and he did an excellent job of teaching us the first steps to surfing. The appartment was more than clean ( even by German standarts) and the location is top.Baldo will explain you a lot about the country and local culture and...

Our family of 5 had a great time last weekend at this guest house/hostel. It was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen we could use and filtered water and free coffee in the mornings. We had a room with a private bath with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds and air conditioning. There was a family atmosphere without...

I have visited San Juan Del Sur multiple times and at stayed several different accommodations, but Casa Ariki is definitely my favorite. The rooms are cozy and the balcony and lobby provide great places to spend down-time. It is a short walk from the beach and near many great places to shop and eat. Baldo and Sarah (the owners) are...

San Juan del Sur is such a great town, and there are so many other amazing beaches within close proximity. I have stayed in town a few times and keep coming back to Casa Ariki. They are fairly priced, the rooms have always been spotless and the owners really exceptional. The hotel is not right on the beach, which especially...

It came recommended by a friend and we were very satisfied. Great location near restaurants and the beach! The a/c was divine for sleeping, Luisa keep the house clean every day and Don Tino was a friendly and popular door man. Baldo and Sarah are very friendly and extremely helpful in offering advice on where to go and what I...

I felt very comfortable and very welcome during my 2 weeks at Casa Ariki. I had a private room with a king sized bed and a nice television. The room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was cleaned daily. The building is nice and modern, with a nice balcony out front that gets great breezes. Baldo and Sarah...

Baldo and his wife are amazing hosts. They are super nice and friendly. Baldo took me on surf lessons to two nearby beaches the two days I was there. So if you're looking to learn to surf, he is a great instructor. Casa Ariki is a step above the standard hostel in SJDS. The rooms were clean, there was air...

Ok so after reading all the reviews I am left speechless. We visited San Juan del Sur for three nights, and were taken to Casa Ariki by a taxi driver. As it was a hot day and we had huge backpacks we decided to take the room, and as it turned out later there was nothing else available in town...
