We spent a very good time at Casablanca. This hotel is very much relaxed and laid back, the staff is friendly, the rooms are quite big and have a fridge!! (perfect for preparing Nica Libra with ice) The pool at times could be overcrowded with children, but when it's empty - that's simply great The breakfast is served to guests...

Nice clean and comfy, It is right on the main drag on the beach so you do get street noise.. But the staff is very helpful.. This is a great place for people making a visa run .. Not to expensive and right in the middle of the beach strip.. Not rel fancy but me I had no problems

This hotel is in a great location in the middle of bay, the employees are nice, always helpful with our needs, the room was clean but veeeery tiny we had no space to put our luggage, the pool was very small and the water was not clean at all, but for someone looking for something nice and basic is ok....

My entire experience changed when I found Casablaca in SJDS. FOR THE BETTER!! There are places less expensive, and those more expensive (trust me I stayed in places that ran the spectrum), but this place felt like home almost immediately. From the guys at the front desk, Jose and Roberto, who were always accommodating, to Sergio, who was always smiling...

Came to San Juan for a night and chose to "splurge" on what looked like a nice place. But the room was tiny, the pool closed at 8pm, the AC did not work! Not worth the $75 price during the off season. As far a location there is no where in San Juan del Sur that is far from the...

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights while backpacking through Nicaragua. The hotel was fine. It was clean, had A/C, good location, and a bit overpriced for what we got. We didn't spend much time in the room as it was just a place to sleep. It did the job but nothing to rave about.

Stayed here in July, clean hotel with good AC. Is very close to the beach and the nightlife. The wifi works well and you have pool. Water pressure is impressive, it sounds like a small detail but after 2 weeks in Central America good water pressure is hard to find. Operators are professional and will arrange transport upon request. 24...

The hotel is at a very good location and also has private parking, which most hotels in downtown San Juan don't have. Overall, the hotel is nice but the rooms are quite average and overpriced. The pool is small so you may only use it if there's no one or just 2 people in there. I have been in other...

Great, basic hotel with everything you need. Wifi was perfect during our two night stay. Good breakfast, the women even served us past 10am when we had had a little too much to drink the night before... Room was clean, with a minifridge, safe, and plenty of space for the five of us. Prime location - right across from the...
