This place has a fantastic swimming pool. Like a figure eight. One side is a 4 foot deep circular pool perfect for growing kids and as part of the lap swim area. The other side is deep enough to dive and jump and horse play for big kids and adults and is the other end of the lap pool. The...

We booked at El Camino Del Sol originally for 10 nights but ended up for 16 nights as we cut our trip short on LCI due to the weather. We got our car rental early as we'll and headed to the Pacific Coast. We booked a two bedroom house Linda Vista when we got there the house looked like it...

My Husband and I spent 4 nights at El Camino Del Sol, back in September of 2013. What an amazing place! Nestled in the jungle right outside of San Juan Del Sur. The pool was nice, the staff was nice and the accommodations were perfect for the two of us. The views from El Camino Del Sol are breathtaking. We...

We spent a total of 12 days in the camino del sol, having a room with a nice bath and a shared kitchen which had everything one needs in order to cook. I personally enjoyed the pool very much, since it is big enough to actually swim laps, which I loved, considering that most places do not offer such a...

I just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at Nica Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Jason and Dana are wonderful hosts and have really created a peaceful, relaxing and friendly little community. We rented the upstairs room in Santa Rosa which was gorgeous. With the evening breezes throughout the night, I consistently got the most restful sleep...

Beautiful, hilltop, private retreat. We rented a room, but pretty much ended up with the entire house to ourselves for less than $50 per night. The owners of NicaYoga were very nice, offering us a ride into town upon our arrival, and opportunities around San Juan del Sur, like lunch at the home of a local, etc. At first, we...

I spent the month of November in the Om studio at El Camino del Sol. I had intended to travel around a little but somehow the entire month passed without me going any further than the 2km into San Juan del Sur, except for one trip to Playa Madera just so I could say I went to the beach. The...

We chose El Camino del sol after searching for yoga in San Juan del Sur. It turned out to be exactly what we were looking for to take our break from a busy year. We enjoyed the yoga and pool and had a pleasant surprise. They were so close to town that we ended up eating out at some fantastic...

I stayed at El Camino del Sol and loved it. The resort staff was really friendly and seemed very happy just doing what they were doing, and helping me with a taxi or anything else I needed. There were hammocks in all the right places, and the pool felt like the fountain of youth after a long day of travel...

I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests. The vibe is wonderful. I met some of the homeowners and locals. It was a perfect environment centered around health and warmth. I really felt like I was a part of the community. They rent real homes. Lots of windows and airflow. I felt surrounded by nature and comfortable....

“We had the two bedroom two bath house Linda Vista which is right across from the pool. You can watch your kids (ours are 8 and 10) at the pool from the covered patio if you were scorched from the sun at the beach in the morning.”
