What a lovely place to stay. A house furnished tastefully with high quality pieces. Our room was really comfortable, with a view of the canal and hillside. The breakfast was really good quality, and Suzy was so friendly and welcoming. Our only complaint was that we were only staying one night!

My sister & I stayed overnight at Riverview on our way to Whitby. What an inspired choice! Suzy is such a friendly, welcoming host and runs a most stylish B & B. We arrived around lunch time but check in wasn't...

Just returned from a one night stay at this lovely B&B. Susy was delightful, the room was gorgeous with views over the canal and the breakfast was wonderful. The little extra touches really set it off. I would have no hesitation in heartily recommending this establishment. Ten out of ten! Andrew Lee
