Took my boyfriend here for a surprise weekend away for his birthday and it was such a lovely stay! Our room was luxurious and very large, the whole place was extremely clean and the food was excellent. The location is also ideal being a 3 minute walk away from the station. Well worth the money!

Very welcoming, cosy log fires, lovely bar and dining areas, rooms very comfortable with everything you should need including hair straighteners. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good choice of breakfast and evening meals, which you could eat in restaurant or in the bar area.

Beautiful hotel, lovely cosy feel. We were in room 5 which had ample space and included a lovely bathroom ensuite. Although it was a busy Friday night in the bar, we didn't hear anything in our room. The bed was very comfortable and very large (super king I think) and we slept well. An added bonus was the little fridge....

Overnight stay on return from holiday. Lovely warm atmosphere on arrival helped by a "real log" fire. Good service and food in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast was ok as well. Bedroom was comfortable but we were woken twice by people returning to their rooms in the early hours. Bathroom looking rather tired and shower in need of...

We could only stay one night but wished it could have been more. We were greeted warmly on arrival and the young man offered to help us with our luggage which you don't often get nowadays. The room was very well thought out given the shape and the bed was huge & comfortable. There was ample seating so you weren't...

We stayed for two nights at a weekend in December in room 10 on the top floor. We walked from the nearby railway station , Ben Rhydding , which is no more than five minutes walk. Although we arrived slightly earlier than check in time the room was ready and it was very cosy with a gorgeous bed , some...
