We received a warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist and rather than just hand us our keys she showed us to our rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely hot powerful shower and plenty of towels in a spacious and spotlessly clean bathroom. Due to an early start we skipped breakfast so can't comment... More

This is a lovely pet friendly hotel in the South Cotswolds near Tetbury. Had a nice ground floor room with direct access to the grounds. There is a huge meadow opposite the hotel handy for exercise in the morning. The restaurant food was tasty and well presented. They also do bar snacks. The dog is allowed everywhere except of course... More

I arrived on a cold, miserable rainy night in June, checked in and was shown to my room, I had a shower and settled down to do some work only to find no wifi reception in the room (18), the window opening could not be regulated either, I went back to reception and explained the situation to the receptionist who... We stayed here for one night, I wish it could have been longer. We arrived to a friendly welcome and were shown to our room which was a good size and spotlessly clean. As it was a lovely afternoon we sat in the garden with a drink, the manager suggested that as we were eating in the hotel to have... More

Very nice hotel. Well situated for driving to Malmesbury 5 minutes away. Quiet room. Nice breakfast. Professionally run and very good value for money. Tried to book again for our return journey, but to no surprise, they were full. Highly recommended.

Main reason was to book a hotel that positively welcomed dogs - Not disappointed. He joined us for meals in the snug. Only one hiccup - booked a table for an evening meal - and the Duty Manager "forgot" . He did try to compensate by way of offering to get a tit bit from the kitchen for our dog... More

We stayed a night at this hotel to break the long journey to Cornwall, and we were very impressed. It was very quiet, we had a large family room, and the restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. Lovely little garden to sit out in too, as well as comfy seating areas in the foyer and bar.

Very friendly staff and management, clean and well kept rooms, amazing food and restaurant. Would recommend to a friend or would stay again anytime. The room was booked in advance by a work colleague so we did not know what to except but we were very impressed on arrival.

We stayed to facilitate a visit to Highgrove House and thus ina good location for Wiltshire and Gloucester. The room was very clean and modern, and well presented hotel as was the rest of the hotel. Will would certainly use this hotel if in that area again.
