We have just spent a weekend at the Pelican and have had a great stay. The rooms were clean comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. The landlady was lovely and very friendly and the food was fab too so would highly recommend.

A humble little inn run by a family who are simply wonderful. So very accomodating and providing great home cooked fare at very reasonable prices. But the renovated stables converted to outstanding accomodation. Spotless and stylish. So private ... so quiet .... so comfortable. This...More

Wow what a lovely review. Thank you so much. So pleased you chose to phone us for your Lunch.
You'll have to try one of our Roasts one Sunday. All home cooked but you do have to book.
Hope to see you again soon.
The Beautiful letting rooms here at The Pelican Inn have been built within what was the Stables for the original Coaching Inn at the foot of our secluded Beer Garden. All three rooms are fully en-suite with central heating to include heated towel rails. There are flat screen televisions, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers and radio alarm clock to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an outdoor seating area for morning coffee or perhaps a glass of wine in the warmer weather and there is completely independent access to your accommodation. The Pelican Inn does have it's own Facebook listing for the Bar areas however just to give you a brief insight, we are a Traditional English Pub situated right in Devizes Market Place. We serve a fine selection of Wadworth Ales which have been accredited with the Cask Marque and with the Brewery only a few hundred yards away, why not combine your stay in Devizes with a visit to the Brewery and it's popular working Shire Horses? Our Bar areas offer something for everyone with cosy sofas and warming fires in the Winter. We show all sporting events available on BT Sport and offer a traditional menu of Pub Fayre that will suit all tastes. Saturday night is party night with a Karaoke Disco from 8pm to 1am offering fun for all if you decide to take part or not.
