Great Sunday lunches, large portions of fresh vegetables and good quality meat always cooked to perfection. Always a warm welcome from delightful staff. Incredible value for money and in my opinion, the best Sunday Lunches in Bewdley.

You simply can't get a better Sunday Lunch in Bewdley. The food is always superb and amazing value for money. Portions are generous and pudding delicious. Wide selection of beers and friendly staff make for happy dining.

I went to the Bewdley Hotel recently for a drink the lounge was cold and had very dated decor it could do with a refurbishment, and some money spending on it. To get to the reception was through a door on the right which seemed very odd. There used to be a very nice Steinway upright piano some years ago,...

This is an o.k hotel for a one night period if you are not expecting very much. The room that i booked was not the one i was given. The room that i had was painted red. Very Very dark. The blind would not roll back up although it is a good job as the doves would have been in...

The bed was very soft as were the pillows. One of the pillows didn't have a cover and it was covered in stains. The hand towel was stained and when...

Called in for a drink with my partner to see how it is with new management. Great bar area but it was disappointing to find children in their school uniforms running about playing games and lots of swearing around the bar. Won't go back. Such a shame as only a few years ago it was such a great place to...

If you are looking for the uniformity and lack of personality of a travel lodge this is not for you. if you like old buildings with all the quirks and character they come with, you will be happy. The old building doesn't lend itself to the standard hotel dullness but the hosts are the nicest people you could meet, the...

I visited here as a friend of mine was having a party at the hotel. The room myself and partner stayed in was extremely dark and old fashioned. While getting ready for the party there was no way I could as the lighting in the room was terrible- putting on makeup was difficult as I could barely see anything. Also...

The Black Boy Hotel, which is now named The Bewdley Hotel, now has a cocktail bar, so my 8 friends and I decided to go there last night, we walked in around 9pm to find it was full of kids messing about, we went there thinking it would be an enjoyable night, it was a joke, the guy behind the...
