Travellers' Choice
This hotel is a great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railways too. The building is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. Let off steam going for a country walk. Or enjoy the power of steam at Severn Valley Railway Museum. Eplore 1000 years of history at Hartlebury Castle. Or make a detour through the animal magic of the West Midlands Safari Park. Then it's time for some serious relaxing with our extra-comfy beds and The Kitchen restaurant.

I use Premier Inn a lot and this one is cool and different to the rest with the exposed brickwork in the rooms giving it a really cool vibe. Slight negative is the parking was difficult to find but i will certainly stay again. It is perfect for the severn valley railway.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting family, lovely friendly staff, room wasn't cleaned due to covid etc but we didn't mind that, room was clean, rooms are really big and bed comfy. Windows do not open, not that it mattered much but sometimes it's nice for a bit of fresh air. Had everything we needed as a base, would 100% stay again, it's in the middle of the town so alot of little shops and cafes around etc. Parking doesn't cost much and you can pay on the app which is easier than having to remind yourself to pay. Thanks for the stay!

Premier Inn hotels are nearly always my first choice for accommodation as I have never had any reason to complain in the past. I was delighted to find I could meet my friend at the centre of Kidderminster as this hotel is in the perfect location . It is a very unique building so it was a little disappointing to find it overlooks a large retail car-park but least there is plenty of parking. The reception area is on the fourth floor next to the restaurant which was rather surprising. Overall it's a great place to stay & I would definitely recommend & come back again.

Good location in the heart of Kidderminster town . Plenty of car parking . Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Reception is on the 4th floor which is a bit tricky as the lifts are small & extremely slow to move from floor. The restaurant was closed on the Sunday we were there. Only one towel in our double room. Staff happy to supply a second but I had to go and ask. We will book again when in the area.
