First off I must say that my party of three, 2 adults and a child, enjoyed our visit to Premier Inn Kidderminster. We stayed for one night, arriving Sunday during May Day bank holiday weekend. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed by the building and check-in was smooth and very welcoming. We were especially pleased to learn that breakfast would...

Excellent reception staff, nothing too much trouble, All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is access to plenty of car parking but it comes at a price. It has no parking of its own, you have to use the shopping car park , which can get very busy during the daytime. The only disappointment here is 'the Kitchen'...

Great location for West Midlands safari park. Stayed for 1 night with 2 children and a baby. Had large clean room with cot. Very friendly staff especially the young guy on arrival and who was smiley and helpful. Would stay again if in this area.

A lovely building and a room to the exact standard of a Premier Inn, lacking any form of private parking which is frustrating and the breakfast was lukewarm and not very appetising at all. Staff very friendly but not great when it comes to clearing plates etc. Overall good but could have been better.

Premier Inn have made considerable improvements over the years to move from a cheap and cheerful option to excellent value for money. This is clearly a recently renovated old mill building which provides large, bright rooms, comfortable beds, and easy, free overnight parking (daytime rates do apply) The staff were excellent, intervening with the automated check in machine to ensure...

I would quite happily stay here again. The standard of cleanliness is superb, the beds are really comfortable. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We even knew one of them from a previous Premier we have stopped in. It was lovely that he recognised us. This Premier has access to plenty of car parking but it comes at...

Very clean room and quite spacious, lovely and peaceful despite all the children in the hotel (including ours!) Breakfast was excellent quality. Pay parking outside as hotel is located in a square of retail premises. Ideal for families. A very comfortable stay and perfect for West Midlands Safari Park.

The best thing about Premier Inn is their understanding that guests want a good night's sleep above all else. Priced to keep out the usual Travelodge Riff Raff, this place is always pleasantly subdued, just how I, and all the other guests, lime it.

As my title says this is the best Premier Inn. I booked 2 rooms for myself, grandchildren, son and daughter in law as we were going to West Midland safari Park the next day, which is only a 15 minute drive way. Family room was huge with all the beds made up, the kids loved it. Everywhere is spotless with...

We normally stay with friends in Kidderminster but as we were visiting for a family do we needed a hotel. Perfectly located this Premier Inn certainly surpassed our expectations. Welcoming and attentive staff throughout the weekend with the wonderful premier inn comfy beds. Perfect.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
