Dear Julian, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel, I am sorry to read that the food in the pub was not satisfactory i will pass your comments on to the head chef to ensure brand standards are achieved at all times. With regards to the mayonnaise bottles i was horrified when we learnt of the individual member of staff doing this. I can confirm that all the bottles were discarded and the matter is being dealt with internally. Please look out for our New Pub and Grill opening in February. Kind Regards Mike

Breakfast very very poor. Bacon only 1/2 cooked on one side as it was still folded over and raw on the inside. Toasters need updated took 3 runs to get it browned, what's wrong with pop up toasters so you can toast 6 round of bread at once for a family. Generally food is cold.

Drinks prices on tribute nights? Thanks
The prices of drinks on the party nights are comparable to town/city centre prices, there are lots of offers on Wines, beers and cocktails. Look out for great deals on pre-ordered drinks on party nights and private banqueting, the sales team can help you with any queries on 0161 674 0136
