I have stayed in the Village Hotel Bury many times before, the facilities and rooms are sufficient for a night on business. This time around however, somebody was allocated with the same room as me, and was able to use their card to enter the room that I'd already checked in to. I'm a lone female traveller, and the man...

Had a spa day for my birthday and honestly cannot fault it the leisure facilities are great with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi with the best changing rooms I've ever used! The actual spa itself was amazing and so relaxing the staff were lovely and I'd recommend it to anyone definitely worth the money.

The new years eve dinner disco and stay was hugely enjoyable. We had a great time and will definitely return. The only small improvement i would make is bigger and more efficient toastersat breakfast.

Burgers in the pub where very nice, however the fish and chips not so nice the fish was soggy and just tasted if the oil it was fried in. Leisure facilities are very well kept and was extremely impressed with the changing rooms.

The hotel and staff were lovely while we was there and when we needed to change rooms it was done straight away. Unfortunately the night was ruined by not being able to order any food and also not getting a great sleep because of people arguing in the hotel.

Freezing cold room due to faulty window, the hotel staff made no attempt to fix the window. We could not stay past 3am because of the cold we had no sleep so we left unhappy and out of pocket even though we asked for a later check out

Food took 2 hours to arrive and music was horrific for an expensive night event. Myself my partner and others on the table decided to leave the event and go somewhere else. Breakfast was tables of 7 and not in the restaurant due to over subscription.

Check in/out all done either by app or on computer screens on arrival/departure. Means very few and very hard to find staff. Walls of rooms a very thin so even normal conversation next door can be hear. We had big problem with neighbors who were arguing loudly and aggressively on xmas eve that carried on til 4am. Could not find...
