A thoroughly decent hotel and at very good value I must say. We paid £29 and had a lovely modern room with comfortable beds and a very good shower. Wifi is annoyingly priced at £5 however of you want to watch anything you need it as the free one is awful and extremely slow. Due to the restrictions still in place (we were staying due to an early morning hospital appointment nearby at BMI Alexandra) we literally had our pick of the rooms. Staff were friendly and the one way system works well. Will definitely stay if visiting Manchester again.

The hotel is nice and clean I will even forgive them for not cleaning the room or changing the towels after my first night . After all that may be due to covid. But please sue the architect who designed this building ! Why can I hear EVERY FOOTSTEP of the person in the room next door ? it is not as if they are being noisy they are just walking about but I can hear and feel the noise and vibrations. This is a modern building but please knock it down and start again an get your money back from the designers!

Due to a funeral of a close family member we had to travel. We have stayed here before and were very pleased that the standard of this hotel has not fallen at all during these times. Explaining our situation the manager allowed us to stay longer after check out time. This was extremely helpful which made our trip a little easier to manage.

Stayed for one night in sept and I’ll be honest my expectations weren’t high...as premier inns known as cheap and cheerful generally used as a stop over on way to somewhere else. The decor was very modern and fresh. Lovely up to date bathroom with a walk in shower. There was even mood lighting in the head board which made a nice feature. Only negative really was the lack additional pillows and no one on reception that late on to ask but other than that my expectations were well and truly smashed and would definitely stay again.

We stay at Premier Inns often, first time here as near to family who relocated. Good beds of course, effective blackout curtains. Covid measures felt reassuring. We didn’t eat in the attached restaurant/bar. There were options for a quick breakfast in the room if wanted. Staff were great, we stayed for a week, any requests were responded to. We’d stay again.
