My wife had chicken salad w/ no onions but they were still in there, the potatoes were very hard. @5:30 there were only 2 other tables of people, it was clean, the waitress was nice but very pricey and we won't go back

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. PROS: the room was clean, bed/linens/pillows very nice and very comfortable, plenty of space. 2 refrigerators BUT they are in the closets?? (Difficult to get into with clothes hanging, especially evening gowns and suits.) Room had 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms.
CONS: 2 desks and a small wall table but NO real place to sit...only 2 small uncomfortable stools in the entire room. No mirrors outside of the bathrooms. Would have made it much easier for a family getting ready for a wedding to have 2 mirrors over the desks (and a place to sit)! No hooks at all in the room, even in bathrooms. A super loud shower door hinge. Beware it will wake anyone sleeping ;), NO microwave (would have been nice to heat take out leftovers). NO microwave in the commons area either. Some easy, inexpensive additions would go a long way in adding comfort and convenience.

I have stayed here several times over the years. The rooms have been updated since the last time. They are very nice, and the bathroom was very well lit. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens were clean and crisp. There was no microwave. I thought that was standard in most rooms nowadays. That was a not so welcome surprise. The wood floors should be cleaned more often. I walked in my bare feet, and then noticed they were black. This was a problem with the carpet in the old rooms, too. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My brother had his wedding here and two of the staff were absolutely over the line. A male worker grabbed my cousin's little son by the arm and dragged him to his table yelling at him. The little boy was so upset that a stranger had put his hands on him that he did not eat and hardly spoke. A woman who manages the servers reprimanded my brother (the groom) and his new wife for smashing cake in each other's faces. She walked up between them and said, "you can't do that!" then had the cake taken away. Which ruined that entire part of the night.
The staff, besides two, were the major negative part of the experience. Also, music was to be played while they walked down the aisle and back and the music never came. I will say the food was great, but they need new workers. They do not know how to communicate with people and almost hit my niece with a hot container of chicken. One staff member continuously was dropping things, getting too close, and spilled multiple cups/plates. Not sure if she was nervous or just having a bad day. She was extremely nice but very clumsy. There was broken glass that one of the children at the wedding was picking up because she dropped a glass. Also, what person tells the people paying for the place they can't do OUR family tradition of smashing the cake? They paid for the event and paid for the cake from a separate location. That is my MAJOR complaint.
If you are thinking of paying for a wedding here, don't. Honestly, if my family and the bride's family were not focused on the happiness of marriage the night would have been ruined. Overall, the wedding was nice, but the staff was NOT.

This motel has had a major remodeling within the past few years. The new owners did an excellent job. We were very impressed upon walking into the room with how much space we had for a room with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable. There was a little road traffic overnight, but not at all like staying at a hotel right off the highway. The room seemed well insulated and the road traffic was significantly decreased once we were settled in. We were also pleasantly surprised that our room had two bathrooms. One was a shower and the other a traditional bath and shower combo. Our young son thought it was fabulous that he got his own bathroom. The room was very clean, which definitely is a must. We had a little issue with the TV and opening the closet upon arrival. The lady on staff took care of us without regard that her shift was over in about 10 minutes. Thank you for caring about the details and for a great stay. We will definitely recommend your motel in the future. Our only disappointment was that the onsite restaurant was not open until later that afternoon.

Our family of 39 people held a reunion at the Willows, and everyone was very pleased, delighted, and happy. Zero complaints! Chef Ana prepared the food, which was excellent, as was the service. All staff members were friendly and helpful and surpassed all expectations in planning the reunion (thank you, Alicia and Ana!) and during the 2-day event. Jo and Kimberly tended the bar for us - we kept them busy - and they were awesome! I am sorry I don't know the names of everyone who works there but all the staff members deserve high praise for excellent service. Do not hesitate to book an event or have dinner at the Willows!!!

The New Year’s Eve dinner was divine; our table had the filet, branzino, and crab cake. Chef even made an appearance at each table which is so nice to see. He also brought us out some delectable chocolate bites. Kimberly served us very well! We enjoyed every bite!! We enjoy coming here and the food every time is amazing!!

The rooms were clean as ever, the bed was so comfortable and the towels were white as snow. Although I always bring my own towels and wash clothes. I was extremely impressed by the whiteness and cleanliness of everything in the entire hotel.

Absolutely terrible.
It really deserves minus five stars but that is not an option.
The whole place smells like rotting food and dead animals.
Sleeping under a bridge would be cleaner than the rooms.
The floor in the rooms was so filthy that you had to wash the grime off your feet to go to bed.
I was afraid to even sleep on the sheets.
Everything in the entire room was broken chairs, lamps, toilet...etc.
Burn the place to the ground!

I have stayed here long term many times (12+) over the years. The owners and staff have always been responsive, pleasant, helpful and attentive. The rooms are large and have recently been remodeled. I also enjoy the buffet. There is a mall 15 minutes away and it is 7 minutes from Beaver Valley Power Station. I have NEVER had a bad experience.
