Just visited this guest house lovely people and amazing service collected from railway station took us to Rags Restaurant when asked we asked for somewhere to be recommended for a meal and returned us to station after breakfast this morning. One of best over night stays I have had. Very friendly couple to talk to along side a very nice looking guest house. Very clean and well sized rooms. Superb full English breakfast in the morning. Definitely be going back to stay here again

Been to see my favorite people and place again. You wont go wrong staying at the Kilburn B & B food is wonderful from breakfast to evening meal all home cooked. They will even pick you up from the railway station nothing is too much trouble, Cuppa on arrival they have that special touch, Beds so comfortable you could stay...

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and quite large. We usually stay at mum's when we visit Bridlington but, as my brother and family were over from Australia staying there, we made other arrangements. This was a good choice. Me and my sister have just come back from a 2 night stop over at this lovely B & B. Bill and Jan were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was spotless and nicely decorated and had nice little touches such as dressing gowns and cotton buds, and it was so quiet! The shower was great, water was lovely...

Very nice stay there, the owners were very nice, and the room as clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here as it's close to the town centre too.

This is a must place to stay if you visit Bridlington. The friendly hosts help you feel at home from the off. A superb ,cooked to order breakfast sets the day off perfectly . Lovely comfy rooms and good showers help you to unwind

Faultless as expected.. If your like us and just want consistency when you go on holiday..No hassle, that home from home feel.. quality with value.. you don't need to look further than the kilburn.. Jan and Billy make you one off their own.. can't recommend enough too you all..!
