Many guests commend the Premier Inn Bridlington Seafront hotel for its friendly service and spotless rooms, often expressing appreciation for the diligent housekeeping staff. Its prime seafront location garners positive mentions, being conveniently close to both the beach and town center. However, some travelers have encountered issues with noise and room temperature control, which have occasionally detracted from the comfort of their stay. While the overall atmosphere is welcoming, there are mixed feelings about the value, with unexpected charges and some lackluster amenities like breakfast and Wi-Fi leaving room for improvement.

On arrival the staff was very friendly hotel was very clean and welcoming. The check in was easy and upgraded to breakfast and evening meal which was a bargain. The room was very clean and toiletries and towels provided even spares. Coffee and tea was provided in the room and any extra you needed could get from reception. The beds were very comfortable and can say we all slept extremely well. The buffet breakfast was what you would expect with plenty of choice even for the kids. Sadly evening meal service was very slow 2 hours to serve main and starter but the staff were very friendly and the food was satisfactory. Will absolutely stay again.

A two night break to visit Bempton cliffs for bird watching. Good location on Sea front. Free car parking. Because of Corvid was a bit apprehensive but they did things correctly. Hand sanitisers in entrance hall, no touching, extra tea bags etc given in a paper bag, told as we were there 2 nights we would have to make our own beds as no one would come into our room but to ring if we needed anything. Nice staff. We were on top floor side sea view which was nice could see the cliffs. I used beach once which is so close, restaurant didn't open until our second day and we used it last eve.

This Premier Inn is new and in a good location, parking is free, but can be very busy in peak times. The rooms and service are as you expect from Premier Inn very good. Be wary of getting a room adjacent to the lift shaft unless your a good sleeper. On our last visit the food was not up to it's normal standard unfortunately a lot of the main course was cold. Still always enjoy the Inn and Bridlington.

We stayed 3 nights for a short break. We have used Premier Inn a lot around the country but this was the first time since the pandemic that we have stayed with them again. Most of what we expected we got, a good breakfast, decent sized clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff. However I only mark it 3 stars because a few things let the side down.

One of the two lifts was out of order the whole time and had been for some days before. Given the hotel has 4 floors and that people are obviously reluctant to crowd into lifts these days that is unacceptable. Yes lifts will break down but a company the size of Premier Inn should be able to fix things within 24/48 hrs at least.

The windows were dirty; being on the coast doesn’t help so it was made worse with bird muck on the window sill and window as well as general dirt. Had the hotel been designed with windows that open inwards as on the continent then they could be cleaned at each change over. The fresh air would be nice too but I know Premier Inn are paranoid about not letting people fall/jump out, even though there are many tried and tested ways of preventing this.

Premier Inn no longer service the room on a 3 day stay, but if this is to stay as a policy then please retro fit heated towel rails, at least put them in new hotels.

Bridlington sea front is a fantastic location so why on earth didn’t they design a hotel accordingly instead of using the same tired design. Maybe planning dictated the hotel had to be end on to the sea meaning no sea views, not fully anyway, but a simple design with a window/wall at an angle could easily have given every room a private sea view, so short sighted of them.

Finally when booking online as I suspect most people do why can you not give preferences, e.g. 2nd floor, front facing, shower not bath etc, it would save so much time when checking in trying to get a suitable room.

Hi, I hope you are well. Thank you for your review, this is greatly appreciated. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed most aspects of your experience with us however please accept my apologies for one of the lifts been out of service. Unfortunately one of the cables is damaged and its quite a big job to re cable and make safe hence why its been off for some time which unfortunately cant be helped but I understand the frustration around this. Again I also understand the frustration around windows not opening and the facing of the building. I will ensure I share your feedback with premier inn. Thanks once more for your review and I hope to see you again in the future. Best Regards Matthew

Lovely location, which is quiet except if you have noisy people above you! We were woken at 4:30pm by children in the room above jumping on and off the bed and stomping around the room. The underfloor noise insulation is very poor!
Apart from this we found the location great for accessing the path to Flamborough Head and an easy access to the Harbour area and the shops.
Also very useful that check out is 12:00 but you can stay parked until 14:00.
It was difficult to find anyone on reception.

I never write reviews but on this occasion I have felt compelled to write a review. We stayed at this hotel overnight with friends Saturday on to Sunday. I have to say I am exceptionally impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviceable. They had the important information readily available in the rooms, such as the instructions to the tv, heating, checking in and out services etc. The addition of a restaurant is not only ideal, but also the food was brilliant, fresh and plentiful. Again the restaurant was clean and spacious, with friendly helpful staff. We took advantage of the meal deal which transpired to be a great asset. We were especially pleased with the breakfast, everything was freshly prepared and again plentiful. For a budget hotel this has certainly excelled in their service provision in the field, very well done! Highly recommend.

Good getaway at a down to earth price right after the Christmas and New Year period. Very cold but very sunny weather helped make it enjoyable. The hotel offers plenty of safe parking in a central location, so you can leave the car there and set off exploring on foot or by public transport. Built in a traditional style to blend in with its neighbours, this is a big hotel. They have a lot of interconnecting rooms so if you don't want/like such things, phone ahead to request they allocate you a normal room. I found little hints of the hotel getting well used in the main holiday season where maintenance should be upping their game to repair damage - e.g the sofa bed in my room had a big dip in it and a number of stains to the fabric; buttons on the air con control panel had been cut and the keycard slot to operate the lights was loose and tricky to use. Staff in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful, despite being very much kept on their toes - great team work! I'd happily return here at the right price, but as a solo guest would avoid busy school holidays/weekends.

We were pleased to see all the changes the Premier Inn had done to the hotel to make us feel safe and secure in terms of Covid19.
They'd gone the extra mile with sanitisers placed throughout, plastic screens, one way systems etc. Masks are required when walking to and from your room.
All the staff we encountered were friendly, and professional.
Large car park, free to hotel guests.
PS - I love their beds. 😄

My husband and I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Lovely position on the front with free parking. Have stayed in a few Premier Inns and we have always been impressed. We had a few niggles this time. Don’t know if they have different sized beds in different locations but the bed didn’t seem as big as usual although the mattress was comfortable as normal. We prefer a bigger bed.
The sides of the bath are quite high and as we’re getting older we can’t climb in and out easily to have a shower, which didn’t make us feel safe. I’ll ask for a shower next time!
Also they advertise free WiFi but we couldn’t find the password anywhere. Meant to ask at reception but forgot when we were down there. It would be helpful if displayed in room.
I appreciate costs are kept down by offering little in the way of a hospitality tray but two sachets of coffee and two teabags is worse than poor. You can ask for more at reception but who’s going to get dressed to pop down there late at night/first thing? There’s no phone to request such things and although 24 hour reception is advertised, I rang four times when we were away from the hotel, with a query, and got a recorded message telling me to ring back when not so busy. Not very helpful!
When we checked in, we were asked what time we wanted our prepaid breakfast, as you have to book a table. As we were staying two nights, we assumed we were booking for both days. This is not the case and we were not made aware of this. When we went into the restaurant on the second morning, the guy said he didn’t have a table booked for us and told me, in a patronising manner, that I should never assume anything! He then said he could fit us in as it wasn’t busy at that time and it was like he was doing us a favour! This is not a customer friendly practice so make sure you book a table for each day! Had we gone for the 10:45 am slot we were offered at check-in, we would have missed breakfast altogether as service finishes at 10:30 on a Monday! The breakfast itself was, as usual, plentiful and very tasty.
Need to mention the Manager who was very friendly if not particularly knowledgeable. I know the prices vary at the Premier depending on certain factors and if you’re very lucky you might get a low priced room but I don’t think £104.73 for one night bed and breakfast is cheap especially for an underwhelming stay.
We will use Premier again but not sure if we will in Bridlington.

Not really, no. Lots of Victorian and modern sea wall protection with the beach at some point 3 metres below the promenade walk. We are taking Yorkshire which is very different to sandy low level Norfolk, for example

I'm there at the minute and just asked at reception. The accessible rooms have two singles that can be pushed together to make one king size or kept as two singles. Just let them know your preference. Hope that helps.
