We stayed here with our 2 children for a long weekend... Never again!!! The room was filthy and smelt!!!!! The bathroom was filthy! The bedding stunk and was damp.!The towels were dirty and stunk! Toilet cupboard door didn't close. ( I say cupboard as itwas too small to be a bathroom. Kitchen unit and sink in room? It was our annual pilgremage to Bridlington for the soul weekender. The Leeds House is conveniently only a five minute walk from the Spa in one direction and 5 minutes from the shops and centre of Brid in the other direction. We stayed here for a weekend family trip to Bridlington. The hosts were very helpful we had a toddler with us and travel cot and highchair were all ready for us without having to ask. I can't stress how welcoming they are and how at home they made us feel. Breakfast was brilliant. Full English, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit ect.... More

Had a lovely family weekend away to leeds house.had a lovely welcome with tea and coffee on arrival.kids had icecream and bucket and spade for the beach.nice clean rooms and a lovely breakfast served.kids loved the break will be back again very soon.felt very welcome

Great small place to rest and feel welcome. Rooms we're a great size with plenty of socket s for everything our family plugs in. There have been some negative reviews of this B and B but you have too think about what you are reviewing this is a very nice place too stay its NOT a 5 star hotel.We stayed in room 2 which was very clean the bed ever so comfortable it is a small room but it was just somewhere too sleep... More
