Stopped for one night and found the hotel clean and tidy with a warm welcome from Gifty, the owner, and helpful staff in the dining room. Comfortable en suite and lovely full English breakfast to set you up for the day.

Excellent accommodation, airy and good sized twin room, with spotless bathroom with a bath - which is what we needed after finishing the Way of the Roses cycle ride from Morecombe. Ginty, the owner, was charming and clearly takes great pride in providing a good service

I usually don't have time or care about reviewing a place i have visited. I however felt the need to tell anyone who cares how wonderful this hotel and its owner was. she really takes pride in her work and actually wants to please her customers. The room was very clean and modern and the breakfast was excellent.

I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a lovely small guesthouse with a big, warm, welcome. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I would give the breakfast 10 our of 10 with a choice of cooked breakfast, and various cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Our host really looked after us. It is very near to Bridlington Spa...

The Swallow Hotel is situated in a great location for the Prom, the shops and the beach, It was warm, very clean, light and airy, and we were made very welcome by the hosts. Our room was lovely, breakfast was superb, and the little courtyard at the back was great for sitting out.
