No parking anywhere near, no breakfast, but at least you know this before you book, so can't hold it against them. However, I didn't bargain for a week of drain digging outside my window starting at 8 am, jackhammers, stihlsaws, compactors, idiot workmen shouting (and bursting through the water main) I think you get the picture. I took a photo...

Firstly I was just like to clarify that you where part of a pool team playing in the championships at the Spa theatre. The team occupied all of the rooms for a week. There is a pay and display car park situated on the harbour top 50 yards away, the rest of your party had no problems. The road works...

I have nothing good to say about this place, wasn't even given the room I paid for yet received no apology or discount from the owner let alone a welcome greeting. Tired, worn out, scruffy, dated it was all of those and more, music you can hear in the rooms from morning till late evening, can't even buy a coffee. Horrible...

This hotel is fine for a one night stay! I had large Spring sticking out of my very cheap bed but I must say nice and clean! Very small toilet/ shower room, noise from bar below, window doesn't close fully so lots of outside noise, struggle to get wet in the shower! If you want a cheap overnight stay prob...

This is the place for anyone who has ever been nervous about having a go at karaoke. It doesn't get too crowded and the people who come here appreciate anyone who gives it a go. Decent ale and friendly folk. Pool tables in separate bar. Organist for elderly folk to sing along to on Sunday evenings. Great !

Room No 1 has a dodgy looking rusty boiler (is this safe??) in a cupboard which blows out hot air. To avoid the heat you need to either put on the fan on the table or open the window which lets in the noise of the rattling ventilator shaft or the seagulls which live on the roof (but sound more...

We are in the process of relocating the boiler this winter. As the for the cellar cooling fans not a lot we can do about those.

Tired carpets, tables, chairs, curtains etc The prices don't exactly reflect the surroundings either It's a shame as it could be a nice pub if they spent a few quid modernising it up a bit Probably one to take a wide berth on in the future
