Clean, friendly and a fantastic breakfast, especially the yummy sausages. Brilliant location, within easy reach of the beach, spa, town center etc but also great as a base to reach other towns and villages on the east coast. Can highly recommend

Outstanding place to stay. Gill and Mick are wonderful people. They could not do enough for us. The guest house is clean, spacious and a comfortable place to stay. Their breakfasts are second to none and served with a smile. Highly recommended.
