Room was a little tired, but bed was comfortable, good nights sleep. We ate in the bar and food was ok, good value, service excellent. Disappointed that they hadn't stocked the bar properly though, no spiced rum and although they were advertising cocktails, they had no mixers to make them with! (It's Friday night, why is the bar half stocked?!?)...

Room was disappointing, not as advertised on the Internet, no cushions on the bed, dirty walls, poor heating in the room. Public bar staff friendly and helpful. Hotel difficult to find from the motorway.

This hotel is ok if you haven't paid too much. It's terrible to find from the motorway and when we got there check in was dire. The room itself is clean and adequate but only average. Breakfast was poor and not very nice, but the pub and the pub food was excellent. Not a patch on the village hotel at...

The staff we found to freindly helpful, particularly in the bar and the restaurant. We had a great couple of days the only problem with this hotel is that it is quite a way out of Liverpool centre. We were in the upper deck and maybe they were a bit tight with coffee machine but they were happy to give...

Arranged to meet a customer here for a lunch meeting at her suggestion both of us found it difficult to access as had driven past it on the motorway so had to do a long detour to com back and access it from the other direction. Plenty of seating, not overly busy for lunch. I chose the chicken tikka masala,...
