Continual disturbances throughout the night, banging of doors, arguing couples, other guests using the fire door exits as smoking areas.Terrible experience! No sleep possible, left very disillusioned and extremely tired.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities. One of the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel, perferct. The room was also very comfortable and staff very correct. Free fast wifi. Breakfast was ok. Completely recommended. The only thing to improve would be to add some curtains in the room. When sun rises too early as now, a little more...

This hotel at Whiston was good for a wheelchair user but can still improve its information on booking online. Plus, there needs to be a stool in the bathroom in front of the sink. No real ale in the bar. Breakfast menu needs to have more sugarfree cereals and non-meat options. Heater didn't work in the bedroom.

the rooms displayed on the website are not the rooms in which you get to stay - not even sure they are in the same hotel? Dated rooms, dated decor, bath tub had water stains round the inside. wouldn't choose to stay here again.

this hotel did not come up to the standards expected, A number of small problems let it down, it was not value for money ,positive both the restarant and pub bar are very good and set a friendly feeling.

More like a travel lodge experience but with a pool. Upgraded room was bare, basic but gave use of the pool and gym . Breakfast was and breakfast was disappointing. Luke warm, unimaginative and on par with a service station.
