Booked an event at the Marriott , using the 'Private Dining' room on the 2nd floor for European Partner Meeting. Overall, the meeting side went reasonably well, apart from the noise emanating from the Virgin Active gym on the floor above. The F&B manager had mentioned it, but it was louder than expected (and as a result, Marriott agreed to...

We often travel up to London for various events but like to park on the outskirts and use underground/overground transport systems to gain access to where we want to go. This hotel fits the bill really well. The room was very modern and well presented with everything you would want from an overnight stop. The bed was extremely comfortable and...

Room amazing, breakfast amazing bar food dreadful and overpriced. Staff professional and friendly. Whilst not totally central not too far away from tubes etc. and taxis reasonable and obviously cheaper if one uses uber.

Excellent customer service at all levels. Exceptional, clean and tidy hotel. Room was well equipped and beds truly comfortable. Towels a little rough. Great location even out of rugby season. We dined in Richmond - which was only a £10-12 taxi fare away. Will definitely recommend and use again when we watch Quin's play.

Stayed just the one night at Twickers. Have to report a mixed bag. Start with the good points - we were upgraded to a Superior room - missus was impressed, especially with the size of the bed (very comfy as well). Usual Marriott - very clean and well appointed. Not so good points - only food in evening was a...

The very best place for any event at Twickenham Rugby Stadium but also well positioned for visiting central London, Windsor etc. We stay in hotels in London and France regularly and this is one of the best we have experienced especially from a service point of view. All the staff were excellent at all times. Only one criticism would be...

Well located hotel, close to Twickenham town centre.(15 min walk) STAFF AT RECEPTION, THE SIDE STEP BAR/RESTAURANT AND AT BREAKFAST were SUPERB !!! Room was very clean, spacious and well presented with two double beds !! The Menu at the side-step bar is limited in choice. When we ate, it was quiet with only a handful of guests present. The...

My wife and I stayed here for one night in March 2017. It is an extremely comfortable hotel, with very attentive staff. Parking is in stadium car park D. We drove around the stadium a couple of times, as hotel parking is not signed. It is free except on rugby game days. The rooms on the sixth floor have views...

Hotel provides spacious comfortable accommodation for a London hotel. 10 minute walk to Train station. Laundry across the street and multiple nice river pubs within walking distance. Good sports bar to watch games and have a bite. Full buffet breakfast was great. Stayed for 2 weeks. Room was modern and comfortable. Hotel is at the rugby ground so rugby themed...
