My room was facing Chertsey Road and when I arrived the room was very hot and stuffy. Opening the window barely helped the atmosphere but increased the traffic noise substantially. I had to have the fan running all night to try and cool the room. A combo action of the noise and heat in the room meant that I got...

Excellent hotel which is clean well equipped and the staff have been very helpful across two visits to the same hotel. The staff even remembered my little girl despite 6 months between visits which really made her weekend on the second visit to London for her birthday. Breakfast is great value for money and at this establishment excellently managed by...

The room quality is never a let down at the premier inn. Bed is very good, cushion selection is good and bathroom is good too. Book in advance and the price is cheap. Can't fault it apart from very poor free wifi. Upgrading for £5 per day is recommended but nowadays should be free of charge

We came here as a large family group taking up two family rooms. Our rooms were on separate floors, but as the hotel is small, the very courteous receptionist explained, this was unavoidable. We travelled on a Friday night, arriving at 8.30pm and expected to be able to get a reasonable meal at the attached pub (as we are used...

Stayed here for 3 nights to watch the rugby 7s at Twickenham. Great location, 25 mins walk. Plenty of takeaways on route to stadium to grab a quick bacon sarnie, much cheaper than pub next to hotel which we did try one morning. Food was actually ok but considering we were one of two couples in their at the time,...

Hotel is modern and well maintained, HOWEVER, the associated pub is shockingly poor. We were turned away, despite there being ample dining space available (a busy Friday night and the restaurant (and I use the term restaurant loosely) was closed). We were then told the kids would have to leave by 9pm, we had arrived at 8:30. We took a...

We stayed here as a family of 4 for one night at the beginning of the spring bank half term. Check in was straight forward the reception staff were polite and helpful. The room is what you would expect from a premier inn with tv, drink facilities and en suite bathroom with towels etc. It wasn't particularly warm when we...

A good standard of accomodation and staff were courteous. For access to Twickenham Stadium and travel into cental London, it was perfect. Some plane noise and stuffy rooms - could do with a dose of air con. Had Wales wone, it might have been 4 stars :(

We've never stayed at a Premier Inn before but wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Food in the pub beside the inn was tasty and what you would expect (from a pub). Saturday and Sunday breakfasts were smorgasbord but Monday morning was full service....
