Clean rooms with many amenities. Dedicated parking space is helpful on busy days. Great location and convenient for shopping at Kitchen Kettle Village. We love the Friday evening Christmas hours. So festive! Even when the village is closed it is nice to stroll through. Restaurants close and onsite. All employees very friendly.

Property's Favourite Review
What a wonderful place to stay. I was so happy with the location and beauty of our rooms. It was so nice to sit on the porch relax and watch the buggy’s go by. We walked to several of our favorite places and coffee was just a few steps away. We will definitely be staying here again.

Always a wonder time. The accomodations were great as usual. The tree lighting was the highlight of the day. We were able to shop until 9:00 pm, had a wine tasting as well. All the shopkeepers were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, pristine, comfortable and safe place to stay with wonderful amenities including water, little snack and breakfast voucher. The skylight was a warm entry to morning. We have stayed several times and look forward to next.

I love this place! The rooms are clean and well organized! The Kling House Restaurant that used to serve breakfast is no longer open but BONUS---, they give you a $10. voucher that can be used at the food places on the ground. This is per person for each night!!! The Harvest Café was more that I expected and everything is fresh and delicious and there are healthy options as well!! Cant wait to go back. They could use a little bench or table in the bathroom... that's the only thing I can suggest. There really is no place to place clean clothes other than the toilet seat and on the towel rack.

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us at the Inn! We are so happy to hear that you were satisfied with our service and accommodations. The Harvest Cafe is run by the former Kling House chef, T.J. Quinn, so that is likely the reason your enjoyed it so much! We agree, that he developed such a lovely menu with a variety of options to choose from. If you are comfortable sharing your room number, we would love to add some sort of shelf or furniture piece to the bathroom for future guests. Each of our rooms are so unique and many of the bathrooms do have a bench or table so that information would be helpful to us. Once, we know the room number, providing that there is space available, we will certainly take care of that promptly. Thank you again for the kind review and we look forward to hosting you again when you return!

It was perfect. Liked the separation in the bathroom. Very clean and in the middle of the village. Will definitely be back to the inn. Next time we will get the key for the elevator. Thanks again. Carol & Ralph Giannella carol.giannella@gmail.com

Thank you for staying with us at the Inn and for leaving a review as well! Room 703 does have a nice spacious vanity that is separate from the toilet and shower area. This certainly provides some extra privacy and convenience. We look forward to hsoting you again when you're back in the area!

I have only one complaint- that I can not permanently live there! Everything was absolutely perfect; it was really magical. From the kind, friendly, and efficient staff to the beautiful quaint, cozy lodgings, we immediately felt relaxed and peaceful. It was the perfect escape. There was such a mix of excitement and charm as we browsed through all the wonderful shops, purchasing beautiful handmade items and enjoying the food. The AAA buggy ride topped it off to allow us to view firsthand the wonderful farms and culture of the Amish countryside. Thanks to all your staff for everything you do so perfectly.

Thank you so much for the kind review of your stay at the Inn! From the moment your book your stay, all the way through to check-out, we have an incredible lodging team who takes pride in providing our guests with top-notch service and hospitality. Our hearts are full knowing that that was exactly what you experienced. October is a lovely time of year to visit with the foliage and charm. I recommend coming back during the holiday season as well. With the Christmas decorations, carolers, and a cup of hot cocoa in hand, it's as if your the star of your own Hallmark Christmas movie! Thank you again for the glowing review.

This was the first time we arrived on a Sunday. WE have been at KKV many times. Everything was clean and no problem getting our keys to enter room. The room was clean, as usual. Everyone is always so pleasant and the stay enjoyable. We were very surprised when we woke up and went to Kings for breakfast to find out it was closed. We were disappointed. Had no idea. Hope it can be opened again soon.

We are sorry that you were disappointed and unaware of the Kling House Restaurant closure. It has been closed since March of 2020 and we have done our best to communicate that to our guests both on our website and in the emails we send with important information prior to your arrival. We too, hope that they will be able to re-open, but Kitchen Kettle Foods Inc. has not been able to hire enough staff to get it up and running. The Inn was very grateful for their partnership with us in the past, and if they were re-open we would certainly try to partner with them again. Otherwise, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the Sunday check-in process went smoothly for you. Hopefully you were able to use your $10 vouchers toward lunch at the Harvest Cafe which is run by the Kling House's former chef. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. Stay safe and healthy!

Wow, thank you for your glowing review! I hope you don't mind, but I printed your review to encourage our entire lodging team and recognize them for their hard work. We truly do have the most hospitable and friendly team here at the Inn and we are so happy to hear that you felt the same way. The Hershey Suite is one of my favorite rooms. It's nestled perfectly within the village for a shoppers convenience, and don't even get me started on that beautiful soaking tub in the master bathroom! Please come and visit with us again in the future.
